I placed an online order in the app this morning. When ordering I accidentally ordered an iced white mocha, instead of an iced carmelisious (idk how to spell it š¬..) When I pulled up I asked them if there was anyway I could changed my drink. The drink I meant to order is $0.30 more. I offered to pay the difference. They told me no. Iād have to order a third drink if I wanted the drink I meant to order.
This is 6am and nobody is in line. It was nonnegotiable with the workers. I had tipped ahead in the app as well.
I have worked at 2 coffee shops throughout my life. Also serving and bartending at restaurants. I have never denied someone to change their drink or completely shut down someoneās question the way the ladies did this morning. I dropped $14 on 2 medium coffees and walked away with a coffee I donāt even drink.
I wouldnāt be so disappointed if I knew they made the drinks before I arrived to the store, Iād be able to understand that a little more. But, they donāt start making the order until you āScootā to the speaker. Therefore I could have literally given them the difference, and there would have been absolutely no waste or loss of money.
When youāre paying this much money at a NEW coffee shop in town and supporting their business weekly itās a huge turnoff.
I will end this with a good note, the Elkhart location is absolutely amazing. The employees are so sweet and always smiling. The Mishawaka store is definitely lacking the smile that is slapped on the side of...

Ordered two clear drinks and after waiting in line was told they were not available. Ok. We advised the person at 2 x larges would suffice. We were then had to wait in excess of 20 minutes to get to the window. And was handed mediums. Advised the girl at the window we asked for larges. The greasy haired girl then called back to the staff that itās the ācustomers faultā and to remake them. Causing delay even further. Staff seemed half asleep. ( under the influence of something) ? They were lethargic and not customer focused in any way. No apologies for their mistake. No apology for delays. Nothing. No good bye or āthank youā just drinks thrust at me and walked away from the window. I honestly have never seen such shoddy customer service. - I have no intention to return to this establishment. I hope the owners read this and take heed. Since there are plenty of other places to get a drink. I would welcome a conversation with the owner if they wish.

Scooters, you clearly do not give a damm about your customers or show any sign of wanting to address the issues listed above. Just give customers additional steps to achieve nothing.

Okay, so yesterday they had a good deal going, but of course I only had a couple of dollars on the app, so I was going to add money on there for my order. I found out that the lowest amount of $ you can transfer is $25 . I really just wanted to put like $15 on there but of course that's not even an option. I just don't like that I am forced to do $25. When I went to pick up my order I pulled up to the window there was a lady with her back towards me who was just talking with other employees. I was not acknowledged at all.
