Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mishawaka

I been going here for three years never had problems bc we usually order in the kiosk and when it wasn’t working right we decided to order front desk the lady wasn’t listening correctly she literally missed my bf order I didn’t even realized it wasn’t me was my bf order until later at the time I went to tell her what ever missing on my box kept telling her that I’ll pay the difference she kept telling me i was missing the chilly quesadilla that I didn’t order right mind you I was confused i clearly told her what ever my bf wanted when I was done with my order. The manager came and said what’s the problem I try explaining to her and the cashier lady that’s when I pointed out in the kiosk what I wanted But she said it’s my fault that I only order the box that’s when I realized exactly what taco I was missing after also the manger caused big scene on me of curse I’m gonna defend myself. There was no physical was verbal abuse and very nasty made fun of me bc at one point I thought that the order went thru for the payment bc it was the main menu. Kept making a whole scene saying I’m the one instigating and the problem when I was seating down calling the corporate so they can hear how the way she was talking to me I don’t think nobody will take that also still making fun of me the whole time going back and forth yelling and screaming they were cameras and witnesses to proof it. Went to the extreme lengths of having her call the restaurant pretending that was HRs number to embarrass me in front of everyone in the restaurant and she call the cops and took our license plate for no reason when she was the one causing a scene. Terrible she shouldn’t be working and be a manager their if she gonna treat and talk to...

I will always have a place in my heart for taco bell, but this place is the single most haunted place I've ever been at. I used to work here and we heard disembodied voices over the headsets, we heard cars pull up when there weren't any, things would almost literally fly off the shelves, people saw shadow figures on the cameras, in the back you could feel a cold chill and people touching your shoulders and back, and all of our electrical equipment malfunctioned from day one of opening this place, usually as though someone was always pushing the buttons. In the freakiest instance for me, I saw a coworker go into the back of the store, so I followed them to ask them a question. As I began to ask the question, I turned the corner to see they weren't behind there at all. It was empty. I started calling through the store to see where they were, and it turned out they were in the office the whole time, on the other side of the store. Oh and also, while checking food temps, when you walk through the store with the thermometer, it always stops at 66.6 degrees, just long enough for you to look over at it, and then it changes. It's rumored that it's built on Indian burial ground, (which I hardly believe), or that someone died in the house that was on the property before. I also don't know why, but our sewer lines were crushed at one point and it caused sewage to bubble up into all the drains in the building. It reeked for...

This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had, as a drive thru order at taco bell..I got an order on4/4/23 at 5:44-16 on 4/4/23…my first complaint was that although sauces were on receipt -they forgot to put in bag..Had ordered a crunchwrap($4.89) was shocked when eating..there was virtually no meat at all ..needed a magnifying glass to see-yes that bad…lots of egg roll & lettuce ..that’s about it..talked to mgt about 6:42 ..& she was very defensive..I had called earlier about giving no sauce…about 6:30..Also mentioned about 50% of cinnabons (got a doz) were dry inside with no liquid inside..Mgr as mentioned very defensive,saying all portions were pre measured..There is no way any taco bell would let a crunch wrap made with virtually no meat..Yes..i am sure that pre -measurement is done, but even one of your tacos had 3-times as much meat as on this crunch wrap..Somebody just didn’t do their job correctly..Poor Mgt didn’t help situation & just said call corperate headquarters,so here you go.. I am 73 yrs old & had several companies i ran..You have big problems at this location,i will never get food here...
