Ward's — Restaurant in Mississippi

If I could leave 0 stars ⭐️ I totally would! Worst service and food! I figured since corporate supposedly took over things changed well I was wrong. The menu clearly states BLT as a COMBO but they charged my daughter individually for the BLT the fries and the drink which equal out to be $24 for two combos, which should have been $13.98. Then she proceeds to argue with me about it telling me I’m wrong and I’m looking at her menu. My husband order the catfish basket. It was two pieces of catfish no bigger than my pinky. My granddaughter got more fries in her kitty basket Then my husband did and his catfish plate. I asked for a side. Of nacho cheese and chili cheese because she told me I could not add it to his fries got charged for it never got it.(3.98) Never got our drinks because the BLT combo that I ordered was not technically a combo and I didn’t pay for the drinks. I will not stop at another Wards, if they can’t get this one better managed than they all probably ran like trash! The kiln wards IS STRAIGHT TRASH! I paid total $70 for a BLT a chicken wrap a hamburger and kids meal! No drinks! We could have went to eat Mexican food...

As much as I love Ward's food, this visit to this Wards was very disappointing. I started by ordering the "Regular" combo at the drivethru. Price $7.29. At the window, i was told it was over $9 including tax. I questioned the much higher amount and the girl said it was for a double. I said, I just wanted a single patty, so she says small. I am not familure with that, I figured that was the double with a single patty. Apparently their small is like a Jr burger, very small not like the regular burger I ordered. She had a med drink already made, but when she changed my order, she opened my med drink and poured it into what looked like a child cup. You would think good service would have at least had her just pass out the regular drink. Instead, she made me feel like a unimportant customer. Also, was so quick on shutting the window she may have set the record for slinging the order and shutting the window in my face. She didn't ask if I would like ketchup or give me time to even ask for any. Wards food is really good, but whoever was there on this Sunday, really needs some customer...

I use to eat here every week love the rootbeer. I walso work in the food business but they last 4 months they have went down. They close before the time they are suppose to. Tons of young kids in there allways playing around. I ordered one day heard threw the speaker someone didnt want a cold burger i laughed and i get home mine is cold. Now i called they said they put my name down they nvr did but they did fix it for me. I went in another time they messed up my food i work in picayune i called 3 times no answer well i go back the next day they rember my order but told me i had to bring the food back. No offense i not gonna hold on to food over 24 hours and drive 20 mins out my way. I will never be back in there again poor customer service by the kids.
