Worst customer service I've ever received. I bought a salad and when I got home, got in my jammies ready to relax and enjoy dinner. My salad greens were FROZEN. Freezing lettuce is never recommended. I called the store and the guy said come on back and we'll give you another salad. I got dressed again and drove to the store where this young woman told me, Nope, we have to have the salad back you didn't want. ????? DURING A PANDEMIC?!?!? Well, I drove back to my house, grabbed the frozen salad and went BACK again, this time good and mad, decided I want my lousy $6 back. I'd lost the taste for salad. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't have the authority to refund my $6. No "sorry" no nothing. Told me I could call the manager on Monday. I totally plan to do that but kids, you need to learn the BASICS of customer service! You sell me a BAD salad and send me to my house twice, and then basically say: eff you. Who cares, right? The dollar tip I left is for the guy on the phone who at least TRIED to make it right. Only for me to find out he had no "authority" to offer me another salad! What's wrong with this picture? Please explain why nobody has the authority to make that purchase right! I work in fast food and I know there's ALWAYS a way to fix things for an unhappy customer....
Read moreStrangest customer Service interaction I’ve ever had. The employees need some serious customer service training. I’ve worked retail and food service in the past and typically you’re given a “script” on somewhat how the exchanges should go. But apparently not here. Not only was I cut off placing an order on the phone instead of the typical “is there anything else I can get you today” they seemed annoyed when I was adding more, but they also didn’t ask for my name so had to search for my order once I arrived. They then asked if I was paying cash or card, then sat in silence, waiting for me to hand them my money, even though they had never told me my total. (Kind of need an amount to hand over the right bills.) I handed them a 50 assuming that would cover it. and asked what my total was. They still ignored me and handed me back $10. Then said nothing and just stared at me and shut the window. Unsure if I even received the right amount back. And to top it all of my pizza...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Some of the worst I have ever had. Came into the store to pick up some prepaid pizza's I ordered online. I was the only person that was in the store at the time. There were 5 people behind the counter. 1 working the drive up window 1 making pizzas and 3 people literally standing around doing nothing. When I walked in, no greeting, no acknowledgment that I was even there. No "what can we do for you"? Nothing. I waited for 5 minutes as the 1 person working behind the counter continued to help drive through customers. Still no help. After they helped the 3rd drive up customer, I finally asked for help. 5 people just stood there looking at me waiting for someone else to speak up. Someone had to call for a 6th person to come from the back to help. When I called the next day to speak to the manager, he was rude, condescending and told me it was my fault.
