I recently placed a mobile order online for this store. The money was deducted from my account at this store this address I made sure of that. I make it to the store and my order has not been received. I politely Zaira the lady working in the store the issue " she very nonchalantly stated call your bank" I was sure to show her the order I even took it a step further and showed her my account info and that my card had most definitely been charged. She ignored me moved on to the next customer not once did she try to assist. I pressed the issue because hey money was taken from my account. She called her manager after speaking to her in Spanish over the phone and the manager say just call your bank. I think this was handled very inappropriate no help. I will never go to Subway again. They do not have customer service that can assist if these types of things happen and Zaira the worker was horrible with no assistance. I had a limited amount of money and half of that was spent to get me something to eat and unfortunately did not get any food. I think this is horrible. I will never go back. I used to be the person that would get upset when people acted crazy in stores over things like this and today was the day I understood why people would show there ugly sides in public places. For me to spend half of the money I had and not get compensated is bad business practices. Subway need to establish customer service to help such customers. I just gave away money. Read moreI ordered my sandwich, the person working the counter (white male) was messing up my order, and was very rude. When I ask fir the managers name he stated he didn't know his managers name. He would not give me any information, and a nother custin walk in and I continued to ask for his managers name and he kept saying he dint kniw his manager name. I explained to him as I recorded the conversation that I didnt deserve to be treated tgat way. The customer that was in the location gave me his information to testify the way I was being treated and I have it all recorded. The man that waited on me is a horrible person and should not be working in a public place and dealing with people food. Let's be real who don't know there managers name. I am contact the news media with the recording. So no one else will be treated this way. When I got home I tried to contact the manager, everyone that answers don't know the managers name. WOW now that's just tacky customer service. It seems that they are all in on it. This is not acceptable service... They young lady that answered, stated she just started 2 weeks ago and she don't the managers name either. Now you know she is lieing. They are in it together. Read moreSome Subway restaurants are now starting to hide the food with a gigantic metal hood that not only keeps the light off of the meats so that they stay fresh longer (according to their corporate office), but it also keeps you from seeing your sandwich being made which I can already tell that there have been instructions handed down to use less ingredients on sandwiches in what I believe is most likely another attempt to save money (like when they got rid of black olives).
