Dunkin' — Restaurant in Missouri

I understand companies are having a hard time finding people even wanting to work. But hiring someone who really don't want to be there is almost worse. I ordered 9 donuts. 2 maple bars 2 chocolate bars 2 apple fritters 3 chocolate crullers. Put the crullers in the bottom, the the maple on top, but under the apple fritters. In a small bag. Well with everything all smash together. I had to ask for a bag to separate them and with the donuts being soft, (at least they were fresh) all the icing stuck to each other and the bag. And just wasn't worth the effort for a refund, for those. and don't order any heated products. I don't have time to get into that. And you could tell, she was definitely not wanting to be...

Put in a specific order for donuts no blueberry donuts cuz their granddaughter is allergic to them and they messed it up and it was a blueberries in there so my granddaughter could not eat them when brought to their attention the manager got mad upset with me because I brought it to her attention she said well you said assorted donuts know I said assorted donuts with no blueberries and so when she tried to go to the refund my money back she gets mad and says why do I want to refund your money back nobody wants to give you money back on a product and there was nothing wrong with waste manager I've ever met or had to deal with in my life will never ever go back to...

I am giving a 1-star because I have to select a star. They should be getting 0 stars for their rudeness. I stopped at Sapp Bros to get a drink and pick up souvenirs for the kids and saw they had a Dunkin Donuts there. I have never tried their coffee and could not read the menu because of the small print. When my sister and I started asking questions about the drinks, the girl behind the counter stood back and crossed her arms and just glared at us. We tried to ask her another question and she walked off. The guy came over to help us but we decided to leave. Very rude and childish people...
