Awful! I just drove 8 hours to visit my family member here who is graduating. Called to order before 10pm. Online it shows that this location closes at 11pm. The female who answered the phone stated that she couldn't even go over any specials over the phone. I am exhausted and everything else on the base is closed, so I decided to just order for myself and my family. She was rude and laughed at me for asking the prices of what I was ordering. Look, just like everyone else, I'm on a tight budget so ordering pizza, although tired, was a treat for us. Paid for my order and she stated that it would be 20-25 minutes. She then rudely said that they're closing and told me to hurry. I was confused because it says that this location closes at 11pm not 9:55 pm. Did my order and after an hour of no food, I called and ended up speaking to corporate because it allegedly transfers over to them. They told me that my order was "avoided" because they changed their mind 8 minutes after I had placed my order. They also stated that I'd receive my money back in 3-5 business days. Corporate is supposed to speak to this location as well. They too looked them up and were also wondering why they said they were closing early. They never ever called me to let me know any of this either. Their lack of customer service, empathy and lack of communication is inexcusable and shouldn't be tolerated.    Read moreMy expectations should not be too high anymore. I ordered two pizzas for carryout through their app because that's the only place you can get a deal. When I went to pick it up, the young lady asked for my name, I told her, and she handed me the pizzas. She told me the total then told me to fill out the first two lines on the receipt. Of course one of the lines was for a tip. (A tip for what? ) I decided to check my order to see if it was correct. At that time she answered the phone. Of course my order was wrong but she was on the phone so long I just decided it wasn't worth it at the time (plus my wife hates it when I say anything because she's worried what will happen to our next order) Pizza joints use to open the box and verify with you that the order is correct. I'm frustrated not only because they got it wrong, but why don't they have deals over the phone or face to face anymore? I only live about four minutes away and it took me longer to place the order on line then it would have if I drove in and ordered it at the counter.    Read moreNot the best pizza hut. I ordered a family box (2 small rectangular pizzas, with bread sticks and wings) and a thing of the pasta (which comes with bread sticks). I get delivered 2 medium thin crust pizzas with my pasta and bread sticks (no wings or other order of bread sticks). The delivery man tells us they ran out of bread sticks but didn't charge us for them. Well needless to say they did charge us. I call them, tell them my order is messed up and they say sorry we will get the correct pizza and wings to you. They come back with the wings and the 2 medium thin crust pizza's AGAIN! I call them back and tell them I don't want anymore pizza (I have 4 medium pizza's now) they say no problem we are really sorry we will credit your account the original price. Awesome thank you so much, happy customer now, knowing mistakes happen. Until I get a phone call 15 minutes later saying they can't credit my account and they want to send me the correct pizza.
