
This gym is located by the AIT barracks or on the other side of the road from the single soldier barracks. It isn't bad gym in the regards of cardio equipment, free weights, or workout equipment in general. There is alot of variety inside this gym, but the amount of people that workout in here especially in the evening can be a bit much. The trainees, are in this gym often because of its location and makes the gym busier during those peek times, especially after 1630. It can be rough to get a good workout in, if you come during the peak hours. Around 530 to 730 and 1630 to 1940ish, the gym can be packed to the point where it limits your workout. If you hit up this gym try to go during the non peak hours, but it really is the best gym on post in regards...

To be considered a small gym, they have done a lot with the 'little' space that they have. Plus, it doesn't have that crowded feeling you get some times at a small gym.
