The service was AWFUL. The bartender at the lower level bar by the pool was rude. She repeatedly ignored out entire party and when we tried to get her attention we were met with hateful glares and "what". My husband ordered nachos that never came. We noticed food sitting poolside for about 25 minutes... in the sun and directly on the ledge of the pool. This food was hovered over and super close to where pool water was splashing. Since the nachos never came, my husband got the bartender's attention and asked for a refund. She said "And why is that". He calmly explained that our food never came and we were ready to go. She looked around, went and grabbed the food that had been sitting in the sun (for 25 minutes) on the ledge of the pool and tried to serve them to us. When we told her we didn't want them and to please refund us, she told someone else to "deal" with us. The other bartender refunded the nachos and gave a new receipt for the drink my husband ordered... still no apology. Naturally, because of the rudeness and poor service no tip was in order. My husband drew a line through the tip line and signed the copy. We've come home and checked our bank account to discover that the bartender gave herself a tip (stealing). We will not be returning to this...

We came here to celebrate our grandma’s birthday while on a trip and had horrible service. We had a party of 6 kids and 8 adults we ordered 4 appetizers we never got one of them, one of our kids has a severe allergy called FPIES meaning she cannot have gluten, egg, or soy and we made our waitress aware of this but it was not taken seriously. When food came out her plate had bread on it and the server seemed annoyed that we needed it fixed we even said if the allergy cannot be accommodated we would not get her food here and wait till we got home to give her dinner. It took at least 15 minutes for the kids burger with no bun to come out and our appetizer never showed up half of us wanted to order more drinks and she never let us get the order in or filled our waters which most were empty. We asked for the app that never showed up to be taken off the bill which they did, but the dessert we preordered for our grandma’s birthday never came out and our waitress dropped the check and never came back. We had to go inside and ask to pay and when she gave the check back she didn’t apologize for anything or thank us for our business and the manager didn’t care either when one of us told him what was happening. Been here a few times and have always liked it. Went there tonight and we were apparently the the first they couldn't seat and were told to wait. When the hostess came back, she went to another couple behind us and put them on the list first. No biggie, she looked busy. Then they started seating 4 or five same size or larger groups (we we're 3) ahead of us. This went on until I went and asked questions the second time. They then seated us right away after they could see I was angry. So we order...after quite a long wait they bring out my wife's food and the fries were cold. My daughter and I sat. Then the waitress came back and noticed...she apparently raised a stink because not only did they bring out our food piping hot, but the manager came out, gave my wife some got fries and a discount on our meal. THAT is the way to recover a customer. It went from never doing business with them again to me leaving 4 out of 5 on a review (would have been 5 if we didn't have the problems in the first place). This kind of attention shows they care about the customer. Its a great, fun place. Too many have failed because they don't care this...
