Arby's — Restaurant in Mitchell

We came to have lunch. There was a lot of ketchup on the edge and down the front of the counter. We told the young lady behind the counter. She said she knew it was there and would get to it. We ordered, careful not to get ketchup on us, then sat down. Ten minutes later she brought our food and handed the tray to me. There was so much oil and grease on the tray bottom we had to clean our hands before we could eat. I told the young lady the tray was really gross on the bottom and needed to be washed to which she shrugged, rolled her eyes, and put the tray back in the stack. 30 minutes later ketchup still there. She had made at least 8 trips in front of counter and several others pointed it out. Obviously cleaning not a priority. We motioned to a manager, then pointed out the ketchup she cleaned it immediately. Not sure I will be back here for a while. While the counter service was as should be expected. There were few clean tables, and under bench seating was definitely in need of sweeping. But the main reason for the low rating was because I ordered the Classic French dip Meal and my son ordered the Double Roast Beef meal. The meat on both sandwiches was very wet, wet to the point that what little time it took to get to the table the bread was soggy. I had no need for the Au Jus broth as the sandwich was definitely soggy, and only had mozzarella cheese on half the sandwich. My son said he was glad he did not order the half pound Roast beef as usual from other Arbys as it was soggy and...

The mozzarella sticks at this location and the Bedford Arby's are the BEST in the state. If you know what I'm talking about--there's a difference for the mozzarella lover. No pic because I devoured them. Milkshake was great too! My Coke was a little flat. Chicken Bacon Sandwich had a little more crisp than I like. The lady at the the drive thru was really nice--especially when I decided to upgrade the fries to mozzarella sticks and go for the large milkshake (a decision I do NOT regret, only 90 cents more).
