Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mitchell

35 minutes to get a carryout pizza. Heard an excuse about a big order ahead of mine, it was six pizzas. My stuffed cheesy bread wasn't cut and they forgot to include my marinara dipping cups. Also forgot to cut my large thin crust pizza as well (see attached photos). Usually good all around from this store but on 7/12/2025 at 7:35 pm to 8:10 pm they were a bunch of screwups. All I saw as I sat in the lobby area waiting was much joking around and confusion, like chickens with no heads. Received a 50% off a menu priced pizza online coupon good for a week. Last night We ordered at 11:16pm, they said 20-35 mins. Paid with card over phone. Got transferred around, but everything went through. Then they called me back to say they were out of spinach n sorry they didn't tell me before. The driver came n said we owed her money. Then said they had problems earlier with the credit card machine. I asked for a discount for all the inconveniences. She said I'll go call my manager to ask. She took my tip money n left. The manager called me n said I can't get a discount n we couldn't get our food anymore cuz they were closed. It was 12:02am by then. Then said I couldn't get my tip money back either! Has gone considerably downhill in the last few years, I was in there a while back to pick up an order which was marked as completed in the app. When I arrived the team hadn't even put it in the oven. I waited for my order for 45 minutes (check the footage before you come after me, they got cameras in the lobby). I would've been perfectly content with just waiting but what pushed me over the edge was the employee ANNOUNCING TO THE WHOLE KITCHEN that they HAD NOT WASHED THEIR HANDS since they started their shift SIX.
