To Whom It May Concern,
I recently visited this BK and was deeply disturbed by the behavior of the female manager on duty. In the brief 10 minutes I was there, waiting on two burgers might I add. I witnessed her berating an employee at the register in an unprofessional and demeaning manner. The employee appeared to be struggling, yet instead of providing guidance, the manager repeatedly criticized them with statements like, "You should not have done that," followed by, "Why would you do that?" She then told the employee it was "too late to fix it" in a tone that was condescending, rude, and entirely inappropriate. I have never heard anyone talk to anyone like that at work and I'm prior military nobody talk to me like that in Iraq. The only place I've ever been spoke to like that is in United States Marine Corps boot camp and we've all seen Full Metal Jacket.
As a customer, I found this behavior unacceptable. I can only imagine the impact on the employees who have to endure this treatment daily. A hostile work environment not only affects morale but can also lead to serious consequences in food preparation, customer service, and overall company reputation. No one should have to work under such conditions.
I urge your regional management team to investigate this situation promptly. I plan to revisit the location in two months, and if this issue has not been addressed, I will document any continued mistreatment and escalate my concerns. This includes sending the footage to Burger Kingâs corporate office at 5505 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, FL 33126 and sharing it publicly if necessary.
I trust that Burger King values its employees and customers and will take appropriate action to ensure a professional and supportive workplace.
Lastly but most importantly I send my prayers to the men and women that work at that Burger King I'm so sorry that that woman talks to you like that and I hope that something gets done because I really don't like causing someone to get fired and it's not my job to do so. It's up to corporate and the franchise manager to come and speak with you guys and find out what's going on on a monthly quarterly or even yearly basis. I came there once before and she was so rude I didn't even buy my food I honestly thought it was a one-off so I left this is almost a year ago and she still doing the same stuff to this day.    Read moreI can't believe the lack of customer service, human decency and overall professionalism of the staff at this location. I placed an online order for pickup and once I got home, I noticed item were missing an apple juice for a kid's meal and a 16-piece nugget. I went back maybe 25-30 mins and told the same cahier who handed the order to me the items I was missing. She proceeds to tell they were out of the apple juice which they should have offered a replacement before I left the first time instead of taking my money and giving nothing in return. However, I told her I didn't need the drink and to just make my 16 count. The cashier was on her way to make them when whom I'm guessing was the person in charge for the night stomped her way over to stop her because she didn't want her "food cost" to be messed up. I'm paraphrasing the word food cost because she used a different term I just can't remember. A few minutes goes by and I'm still at the register when the cashier who now has an attitude is asking me what I need like I didn't just tell her my order was wrong. I told her I'm waiting on my nuggets and then she states I've already been served, and I'll have to pay for more nuggets. Excuse me! Pay again for something I've already paid for? The person in charge comes to the counter to debate with me about what was in my bag and that she knows what she put in there. I'm going back and forth with her about what she didn't put in my bag which was my NUGGETS. She walks away and I get on the phone and walk away to calm myself down because I'm pissed, that she just called me a liar over CHICKEN NUGGETS. Insanity! I go back to the counter and the staff decides to ignore me. They were so busy turning their backs on me that they were ignoring a child that had walked in. I stood there for a minute until I asked for corporates number and left. Now I'm just going to dispute the whole $32 charge over $5 nuggets because of the incompetence of an employee with a HOOD RAT mentality who thinks Burger King are the streets of Compton and chicken nuggets are actual gold nuggets that must be kept safe. The franchise owner should really take a look at the employees at this location because they're losing them...
   Read moreI have had it with this Burger King!!!! They have messed up my order for the last time! I want a District Manager to contact me! I went today on my lunch break to get my supervisor and myself some food. I ordered my food specifically this way, " I would like a Rodeo King Burger w\o bacon, Medium Onion Rings, and the 2 for $6 Whopper special and add mustard to those whoppers and please cut them in half if you don't mind." As I approached the window, I was told that my order came up to $16.37. After swiping my card, I was told to pull forward to wait for my food ( I don't know when because another car didn't pull up until about 3 minutes later). The lady brought my food with me and in the bag was ONLY 3 burgers, no onion rings. I backed up to the window and the girl said rudely "What you want?!?!?!" I said my onion rings are not in the bag and she looked at me as if she didn't take my order nor had a screen in front of her that tells the cashier what the customer ordered. I gave her my receipt then she apologized. I got my onion rings and then drove all the way back to work ONLY to realized that my burgers was made wrong! My Rodeo king was just bread, meat, a bunch of sloppy mayo, and ketchup! Doesn't the Rodeo King come with 2 all beef patties? Doesn't the Rodeo King come with onion rings on it? Doesn't the Rodeo King come with cheese?!?! What is wrong with these workers? I tried to call and their phone isn't even working! ( I called from my cell and also my work phone). i don't have the time or gas to be driving back and forth just to make sure that my order is correct. That's why you all have computers and monitors to assist you with your work and make sure the customer's order is bagged properly. I should've went to the one on Airport across from Ruby Tuesday!
