I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but when people are petty to me, I take it as a challenge. I came in last week while the young girl and the older woman were working. Tried to use a subway coupon for $8.99 foot long meal on an All American Club. The young lady had a bad attitude to start, however the older woman (who I’m pretty sure actually OWNS the establishment) said she would honor the coupon but would have to charge for the bacon. Mind you, this is a franchise store not corporate so they apparently don’t have to honor the coupons at all? But she was kind and I didn’t mind paying the extra $2.00 to support a small owned business versus a mega corporation. I came in yesterday with the same coupon, but for just the sandwich. The same young woman was working, however the older woman was not there. I proceeded to try to use the $6.99 footlong coupon. She very rudely told me they don’t honor coupons on that sandwich. I explained to her I came in last week and used it (she was literally the one who was rude about it when I came in that day), and before I could tell to her to charge me extra for the bacon, she cut me off and RAISED HER VOICE at me and told me again she wouldn’t honor it. I literally walked out and went to another subway for my sandwich. So the fact of the matter is that your employee’s piss poor attitude led her to lose not only the sale, but the customer as well. I will NEVER be back to this subway that is literally less than a mile from my place. I drove the extra 1.2 miles to the store on Airport in the shopping enter and had my footlong coupon honored there for the $6.99, NO EXTRA BACON CHARGE for the bacon that’s already listed as an item on the sandwich and calculated into the price. So thank you, very rude lady, for allowing me to get the same product at another store for less money. Thank you for proving to me that small business owners aren’t always the best way to go, and that their atrocious excuse for customer service, as well as price gouging on coupons, led me to another store that actually honors their coupons at the price listed. I actually forgot that one on airport was even there so it’s a...
Read moreSUBWAY needs to "REFRESH" that's for sure! The General Manager located at 3990 Government Blvd Unit C, Mobile, AL 36693 had a very dismissive attitude during my visit. She appeared to be annoyed and directed an employee to assist me, but the employee had a lack luster disposition as well. The overall visit/experience was disappointing and I could not believe the general manager was negative, it all starts with positive leadership and management abilities which she apparently does not have. I left the store without what I came into purchase and sharing with them both that I had never experienced such rudeness all my years of patronizing that location, of course they appeared to be unbothered. After I left the store and called back to ask for the contact information of the store owner, at the time of my visit I did not realize the general manager, was the general manager and she shared that she was pretty much the only one I could speak with regarding my complaint which was about her and the other employee in the store which is why I am voicing it through this method. The customer service was UNACCEPTABLE and the mentality of the general manger was UNACCEPTABLE. Consider this long time loyal customer, NO LONGER A CUSTOMER! The negative energy and vibes UNACCEPTABLE, I will let all family, friends and businesses at this location know of my experience because WORD OF MOUTH...
Read moreI’ve been eating at Subway four to five days a week for lunch over the past few years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered a location that refused to heat up the cookies I purchased. I have eaten at this specific subway numerous times before too. Here’s what happened:
I ordered a sandwich and then three cookies, and I politely asked if the cookies could be warmed up when I got to the register. No one responded about not being able to supposedly warm the cookies up, and they rang up the order. After I paid, I asked again if they could heat up the cookies. The employee who had rung me up replied, “I’m sorry, we don’t have a way to heat the cookies up.” When I pointed out the issue with the cookies, saying I wouldn’t have bought them if I’d known they couldn’t be warmed, she rudely responded with, “What do you want me to do about it?”
Frustrated and disappointed with this rude treatment, I just took the bag and left to avoid further conflict because I have limited time for lunch. This was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve had at any Subway. To make matters worse, I ordered the #1 Philly, which comes with extra cheese, but she...
