Krystal — Restaurant in Mobile

Today I was in a rush going to the hospital to relieve my sister who had spent the entire night sitting with my elderly mother. I stopped by Krystal because it's easy to eat their burgers while I'm driving.

I chose menu item 4 which consisted of five cheese Krystals with the choice of either tots or chili cheese fries. I chose tots, and I emphasized I did not want chili cheese fries. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper and up sized the order to large. I grabbed the food at the window, and I didn't check the order because I was in a hurry.

While I was driving, I started digging into the bag of Burgers, and ate all five before arriving at the hospital. That's when I learned I had chili cheese fries. I couldn't eat them with my fingers while driving, so I carried then to the hospital room. By that time they were cold and gross, so I threw them into the trash.

I understand this was an honest mistake, but that doesn't fix my problem. I'll be spending the entire night sitting in a chair next to my mother in her hospital room. To make matters even worse, some chili cheese dribbled out of the container onto my shirt, and it annoys me even more everytime...

Wait 15 minutes at the speaker to order... 2 minutes wait at the pickup window....look at my food 😳 😐 😬 can I get some protein on my Krystal omg... uncooked bread I use to work at Krystal....why bother to steam the bun if don't care enough to put the meat on their... dead fries I guess I just paid for them to be loaded im paying for my toppings where are they ...at this point I'm trying to breathe cause this service had me ready to throw at the window ... and then give a spirit that should have be changed 2 days ago .. then you'll don't wanna give me back my money and now this place rap around the building. If you guys. Don't care to that magnitude about taking customers money just throw the whole building away be glad that I don't post...

First time ordering from here. Thought it would be like a White Castle but disappointed in the quality of the burgers. My bun was squishy almost like the burger had been frozen and then defrosted in the microwave. Very light taste, not much in the way of seasoning. Fries were crispy but very low on salt or seasoning. We had asked for shakes but were told the machine was taken apart which seems to be common at the fast foods here. They don't want to set them up and have to clean them? Place was kind of dirty, crumbs on the tables and floors, and the tv was blaring which made it hard to have a conversation. Anyway, overall not worth going back even though it's really close...
