China Garden — Restaurant in Mobile

Walked in and instead of being greeted the angry man at the counter started tapping a sign on the counter that said" no checks"...I am from out of state so it wasnt a option anyways. Asked for the buffett and he slammed his phone down and got up and pointed tpwards a booth (it was occupied) then walked away. The server came over and I ordered a pepsi and was never checked on untill she slammed my bill down and walked away. The food was hot and fresh and well worth what I paid but the service was the worse Ive ever received in a restaurant in the 30 years Ive been driving a truck and thats saying alot. Ive always been a great tipper(being raised by a waitress) but couldnt find a excuse to reward such bad/rude service. Wont spend a dime...

I don't eat out as much anymore bc some restaurants decided to not only INCREASE their prices, but they then decided to DECREASE the portions! I remember ordering from this place in the past and the ENTIRE container was full of rice & fries... NOW LOOK! WHERE'S THE REST OF MY RICE and why did I ONLY GET 12 FRENCH FRIES with the other order? I used the online ordering option from their website and it was very easy to use. I ordered the General Tsao chicken, you were able to customize how spicy you wanted it. My meal was prepared really fast. I was surprised to see that the fried rice that came with my meal was pork fried rice, which was a big plus! The crab rangoon order was really impressive too for the price. The staff was friendly and made sure I had enough condiments. The food very fresh and there was plenty of it. I also like that they use food-safe plastic containers for their meals instead of Styrofoam...
