My experiences with this location has been a hit-or-miss rollercoaster throughout my years of ordering with them, but definitely leans toward the negative side. When the food is good, it's GREAT! But if it's not great, its likely unacceptably awful. When it first opened, it was ok, but also sort of awesome bc we don't have many food choices nearby. It slowly got worse, until all of a sudden it was noticably better; nearly outstanding! Perhaps they had changed hands, and I noticed there was almost always a manager or lead person present. Soon it dwindled back down my scale to "unacceptable". It seems that very young people mostly work the store (don't get me wrong, I think it's wonderful to employ the young folks of the community that want to work), but these "kids" need some more guidance; maybe more training, perhaps different consequences/discipline for some actions, or lack of appropriate actions; but mostly someone in charge to keep them on track in order to keep the business running appropriately. Some of them are always pleasant and presentable and make me feel as if they want to be there. I love seeing those faces when I pull up. On the other hand, most of them have a short, rude tone, sloppy appearance, never welcoming, dont speak up, seem bothered by anything extra, sometimes unresponsive, and I feel that they deliberately slow their pace at times, just to get at people. I say all this [my opinion of course] not to poke and jab and complain about this store, but instead with hopes that it will help the future of this little pizza store that we need here in our community. I frequent this location at least once a week because my kids love pizza, and they can serve out some extraordinary fresh pizza at times. My wish is for this honest review to lead to the betterment of my community pizza place. I think these guys (and gals) just need a little structure, focus, and guidance; maybe some incentives, and to know that they do make a difference in our community. They probably could use a good ole pat on the back when they do good. I'm going to leave it at this, and not go on about how I made an online order days ago, only to arrive and all they could tell me was "we outta dough" (my 4th experience of that). I'm still having a big time trying to...
Read moreWorst experience ever!! We waited an hour for our food we got there an order by 7:35 and didn't leave til 8:32. We went through the drive thru but they asked us to pull up front so we did. They served food to other people that ordered after us. We were looking for something quick an easy, this definitely wasn’t the right choice. The people were nice I will give them that but the fact we had to wait and hour for a hot a ready is wild.
UPDATE:8/6/25 As this is the only close pizza place unfortunately we have been back a few times since my last review. Literally every time we have gone in to order or have ordered online it’s wrong. I genuinely don’t understand at this point, how can you work at a food place and not care about the quality of food you are serving to people. We order a well done pepperoni pizza with light chz and extra sauce, somehow we always get a floppy disk they call a pizza. It’s not undercooked but definitely not well done, instead of light chz it’s extra chz, if you can believe it instead of extra sauce we get light or NO SAUCE. Yes that’s right we have actually received a pizza with no sauce, after asking for extra. It’s genuinely concerning at this point that they have people in there “creating” food for others with no care if they are actually making what the person is PAYING FOR. At this point I think we will just have to stay away and go to papa John’s it’s further away but totally worth it. I really hope they get this place fixed up or just close for something...
Read moreOn March 24th I ordered DEEP DEEP Dish Cheese Pizza, a Pretzel Crust Pizza, a Crazy Bread Combo, and an extra Crazy Sauce online from your Little Caesars store on (2852 Dauphin Island Pkwy, Mobile, AL) When my husband went to pick up the pizza, not only was it not ready, but he was told they could not make a Deep Dish pizza and we would get an original crust cheese pizza instead. So he had to wait for that pizza to be done. My husband watched as they put the pizza in the box, as they put the pretzel crust pizza in the box it folded onto itself. He was tired of waiting and brought our food home. Upon arriving home, I noticed we not only didn't get the sauce the Crazy Bread combo was supposed to come with, but we didn't get the extra sauce I paid for either. The Crazy bread was raw (I had to put it in my oven for 30 minutes to get it edible) and both pizzas also were undercooked, so much so that we throw half of them away. That night I immediately reported this on Little Caesar's online customer complaints asking for a callback and a full refund. On March 26th I went to the store and spoke to the manager and was told only the Corporate office could issue a refund. It is April 6th and I still have not received a callback or a refund. I have called your corporate customer service line on March 26, 29, 31, April 1 and 5 only to be told someone will call me back. Yet, here I am April 6th with no callbacks...
