Worst service experience I’ve ever had. Refused to seat mom & child outside or make any accommodation & then sat the family behind us in front of my child as we were leaving. He left fighting tears. We both could clearly see there were openings including picnic tables etc outside so I went back in to inquire, they then admitted they accommodate us and we could “still sit there”. No mention of private watch party when we walked in which if there was it didn’t fill the place and it didn’t appear the family behind us was with anyone else outside. Plenty of room on picnic tables & openings under cover outside, just flat told us no. No offer for inside or to wait, just “we’re full”.

I’m still in shock that anyone would turn two paying customers away, especially a child when there was a plenty of room outside to run around outside and order with the other kids. I guess they wanted to save the space for people they thought would stay for games and order alcohol but honestly it felt like profiling. I’ve worked in the service industry for years all over the country and I’m still in shock with how this was handled. We order well, we tip well. But we will do that...

Got here to watch the Bama game. Have eaten at the downtown location and have no complaints, but at the Hillcrest location i I can't say the same. Ordered 10 wings for 14.99. Got the wings which were approximately 1.5 to 2 inches in length a piece. Not joking or kidding. I asked the waitress if I could swap for something else, being that these were not normal wings. She spoke to get manager and came back to inform me that there was nothing they could do. I refused to pay for them. The waitress then came back saying that they would take them off the bill. No offer for me to order something else. I asked to speak to the manager because I was hungry, but they never showed up. Crazy experience. I'm sort of shocked since the downtown location is so good. Fair warning to everyone. The wings are from quail. Super disappointed

The service was horrible. We were at south for a PD and decided to try something new. We arrived at 11:40 at 12:20 we asked the waitress to make our order Togo because we hadn’t received it yet and the waitress got upset. So, she never came back to the table with our orders, she came out 12 minutes later and actually threw them on a table by the bar and we had to go up there. I had to take my appetizer to the bar to get a box. Ask for the manager and she came out with an attitude. I was still going to give a tip until she threw my money on the table. Horrible! Update: called to file a complaint about our horrible service and I guess our treatment wasn’t important because I was told I would get a call back. Never heard back from anyone.
