KFC — Restaurant in Mobile

If I could give a negative review, I would ! I placed an order in the drive thru. When I got my receipt, I was charged for something I didn't order. I told the lady at the window and she shut the window in my face ! Then she switched some stuff out of my bag and handed it to me and shut the window back ! . No refund or price change ! I pulled up and went inside . I explained the situation to the Manager and I thought she refund it to my card . Well the next morning I checked my account and seen I was charged for ANOTHER MEAL I DID NOT GET ! I called back and asked to speak to a manager, the same lady who was supposed to refund me answers and starts yelling at me saying she did refund me the money . Instead of listening to me, to continued to yell and they said " I'm not the one to f* with ." And hung up in my face ! I called back asking for the corporate office and was giving someone's cell phone number. I finally got it myself and reported her and her team members on duty this morning!!! Will never eat here...

Item I wanted was sold out (chicken and waffle) which is understandable since they are new and popular. I decided to get 3 honey bbq tenders and fries. Waited for 18 minutes to get food, only 1 person in front of me for a take out order. Not once did the employees acknowledge us or apologize for the long wait. Offered nothing extra to compensate for the wait. In addition the food was luke-warm borderline cold, both the fries and tenders. I waited 18 minutes for cold food! And the tenders were extremely salty with very little honey bbq sauce on them. Haven't eaten here in years and decided to give then a shot to try the new chicken and waffle, never again. I'll definitely be sticking with my usual chick fil a for fast food orders. Chick fila a service and speed is unmatched, I wish the same was true for KFC. Placed an order for 2 KFC bowls with 2 cups of Pepsi. Tasted the Pepsi on our way out of the parking lot. They tasted like water. So I turned around went back. Tried to go inside to change my drink order, but both doors were locked. It was around 8:40 or so. Their door stated they didn’t close until 10pm. There was a worker inside sweeping the floor, and saw me pulling on the doors with the two cups in my hand. He looked up and went back to sweeping the floor, I said are y’all closed? He nodded his head and that was it. I got back in my car and went to the drive through and returned the drinks. They were very nice about it. My new drink still tasted like salt water but at this point, I’m wasn’t going back. Get home, with my KFC bowl and it was half just plain fried batter no meat, and half overcooked pieces of chicken and it was not hot at all. Will not be returning...
