Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mobile

Used the mobile app to place our order ahead, paid for & all. Get to the store to pick it up & guess what?? No food & no order but we have an order number, confirmed we have the right store number/address, & the money’s already come out of our acct. You’d think being in customer service & all that maybe just maybe the staff would be more willing to help. Like gee, I don’t know, offer to make the order NOW & give info on how to get a refund?! Instead of “we can’t see it, can’t pull it up so we don’t know what you have” even though I’m showing you the ORDER! Also worth mentioning that on our way to get said order..... we get a confirmation alert that the order is ready for pickup. So I hope someone somewhere is enjoying our almost $20 worth of food. I’ll be calling the corporate office & somebody somewhere will be refunding our money. Will never ever go to this Taco Bell again or use the app to...

Unbelievable Conduct, and Unnecessary Language. This Toco Bell 🔔 has some of the worst food I've ever tried to eat, We spent 46$ dollars yesterday and got all the way home thinking mmm 😋 tacos and Mexican pizza and burritos, we all three after saying Grace took a bites of our order and immediately spit it out, it tasted like that Greece was a year old that our food was cooked in 🤢🤮🤮🤢😵😖🤢🤢🤢🤢 My 78 year old Mom called back to let them know what was going on very nicely so no one else had that problem and was met with rude, nasty, ugly, aggressive, racist backlash, and was hung up on. No reason for that Mom is the sweetest person you've ever had the pleasure of being around. No refund and all three of us are sick today....

Pathetic. Employees at this location are always rude, and while the prices have gone WAY up recently, the food quality has gone WAY down. If they had prices on the drive-thru menu, I wouldn't have even bothered ordering. Almost $10 for a "quesalupa" and two tacos!!! After receiving my food, I was even more upset about spending nearly $10. Almost no meat on any of my items. Mostly just soggy tortillas and taco shells filled with sour cream and a little veg. I don't eat fast food often and now it will be even less often. I could have gotten a real meal at a restaurant for the same price and been much more satisfied. So...
