The food in it self is great except ,the cold Fries ,The evening swift is really getting more obnoxious, unfriending ,by the day ,the drive thru person working it ,will take one order then walk away from the window and if your lucky ,she might be back to take another order ,20 mins later ,I have had to leave the drive thru and go 7 miles out of the way to get something to eat ,I don't know where and who this manger is on duty but back in the day things like this did not exist I have worked a couple of fast food chains before ,and I and no one else would ever think about walking away from people who are hungry and wanting something to eat , Did anyone ever tell these employees that the people in the drive thru and the people coming inside ,we and they are the ones paying there salary ,without us there would not be a McDonald's period ,and for these employees that don't want to work and at least be grateful you have a job ,if you don't want to work and put a smile on your face and say thank you ,come back again ,let us know if we can do anything for you ,than do us all a favor and stay the hell at home are better yet go to work where you might enjoy it...
Read moreWorst McDonald's location I've gone to. I empathize with the workers because it appears they are short staffed, however they are rude, and their customer service is awful. I know you cannot expect much being it's McDonald's, but every time I come to this location the order is wrong or I'm ignored, or they are just rude. I attempted an online order to see if it would be less hassle, but they flat out just wouldn't fulfill my order explaining they were short staffed, and saying there was no way to pull up an order when they could simply just scan it or put a code in to view the order. The person in front of me also had an online order and said they waited half an hour having to walk up to the window because they didn't come out to curbside, so they had pick up order their order at the window. They left their smoothies out the order. and they only handed her one of her drinks lying saying the machine "went down" after they made the first one when that makes no sense, clear they were just lazy not wanting to take online orders. Management needs to step in and hire more people so two people aren't working, and push better...
Read moreUpdate: This McDonalds really sucks, waited in drive through for 15 mins (only 4 cars a head of me) to get my breakfast combo. When I got to work.. which I was late due to the slow drive through... didn't get the combo I ordered and paid over $6 for, I got a coke and biscuit. My advice and I should have followed it, check your order before leaving the window or better yet, don’t stop at this McDonalds. This is not a one-off occurrence, mistakes happen but at this location they happen often. ☹
Average McDonald food... But forget ever getting ice cream here... The machine is always out of order!! How is it a cruise ship can have ice cream machines being used by thousands of people 24 hrs a day and they are never breaking.
