I placed an online delivery order at 7:19 pm. I received an email that stated my order would be delivered at 7:55 pm. I checked the status of my order and found it hadn't left the store. I called to check on the status of my order and was placed on hold for several minutes. I was told that she was leaving with my order. Around 8:20 I called the store again. I was placed on hold for ten minutes. I called again and was placed on hold before being given a chance to respond. I called several more times and was either placed on hold without my permission, hung up on, or received a busy tone. I received a call from my driver explaining that my order would arrive in 15 minutes. I explained that I had been attempting to cancel my order for the last half hour. She told me it would take 2-4 days to receive a refund.I requested a manager call back. I was informed she was a manager. I tried to express my concern with prior events and was talked over. When I refused to be bullied she hung up on me.

Read moreThis is a hard one. There is a girl there named Sabrina I believe her physical description is white kind of tall and two French braids. Her position is crew lead and let me tell you, it is unfortunate. Her attitude is so horrible and then when she notices people are bothered she enhances the horrible attitude. I hope she realizes no matter what that job or day that is no way to be. BUT there is a darling gem little lady at the front counter and sadly on my part I do not remember her name she was so quiet and her physical description she's a tiny little black girl. And she overrides the ugly in the other girl. I even tipped her for her loveliness. She was such a pleasant doll. I feel embarrassed I don't remember her name. She was efficient, hard working, pleasant and knowledgeable. The food has been great when we get the actual food we ordered. 😆 and it just so happens the bad attitude girl is the one that takes the order and the lovely cashier is the one fixing her mistakes. Read moreNo contact means knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell and making sure someone knows you are delivering, not putting food on ground and leaving. There is a bend at the door that the pizza could have been placed on instead of the griund. Then the manager had nerves to say she handed it to a little boy who was inside. How did the pizza get on the ground then? My son just happened to be walking out the house and saw the pizza on the ground. Training is needed on what "no contact means regarding cooked food". The food was cold, so we had to put in oven to heat up. When I called about the delivery notification I was told, it was off because they were overwhelmed with orders. Ok I understand but you tell me it was out for delivery. Another 40 minutes pass and we call and was told Mike is on the way.
