The bread! Onion roll, heritage roll, egg roll (bun), sourdough, light eye, and rice bread (Gluten free! Made with rice and buckwheat) are all made fresh, in-house. Convenient counter service (and I got a few sandwiches for folks back at the office). They seemed well staffed and it wasn't busy, as I got there early, so the food came out quickly for us and everyone else. I had the Deli Rose and it was amazing. My friends had the Cajun and the Reuben which they said were great, they would not share, so I believe them! Sandwiches come with a pickle spear, and chips or slaw. The slaw isn't too vinegary or too sweet, I thought it was just right, and a generous portion. One of my companions swears a dash of black pepper makes it so much better, but I ate it as the chef intended, and it was delicious. They have a few salad options, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, and you can build your own sandwich with a nice variety of ingredients. They have hot and cold teas, lattes, real fruit smoothies, and root beer on tap (canned and bottled drink options in the store too). The staff are very friendly and happy to explain the menu. I didn't see a kid's menu, and the sandwiches are not small. The shop has breads, honeys and syrups (the maple syrup is from their trees in Vermont), a couple of butters and cheeses, drinks, snacks (with samples πŸ˜€), pastas, teas, and skincare & healthcare products. All at reasonable prices. They are part of the Twelve Tribes, with communities, cafes, bakeries, markets, farms & orchards, and of course delis all around the world.

This is my second time visiting Yellow Deli. It’s a very unique place. It has a store inside the restaurant that you can buy tea and other products. When I first went to Yellow Deli I tried the Deli Rose. It was really good. There was a sauce on the sandwich that had a kick in it that made the sandwich taste delicious. This time I had the Cajun. It did not disappoint at all. I also bought a Hibiscus drink that was really refreshing. I also want to say the people at the restaurant are very nice.

The people are so friendly. The sandwiches are great, and actually healthy compared to a lot of the junk that has existed in Tillman's Corner for years. It's a shame so many people run their mouth about this place in such a negative way calling them Cults and whatever else. Sure, they may be a big family, even a cult, but they are Christ centered in their beliefs and live a pure lifestyle. The rumors of child abuse and mess are unreal and haters are simply uneducated. I don't think I've seen a single person working in there that isn't close to retirement age or past it. I will continue to enjoy their sandwiches as often...

I want to say this place has made my day.Thank you Yellow deli . Today I went and enjoy the Ruben sandwich ,it was amazing. The why I felt walking in there brought back childhood memories. The smell of homemade bread and good food made with lots of love. The people of the yellow deli was the nicest people I have ever met. They all treated me with the best respect and hands on hospitality. The Market that is right in the restaurant has so many good quality things. I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AND TRY SOMETHING NEW . I REALLY WANNA TRY THE HOUSE TEA . Thank you Yellow Deli for coming To Mobile Ala and sharing your good...
