Dunkin' — Restaurant in Moline

pulled up and ordered a medium coffee and a bagel. It took 9 questions to figure out I just wanted a plain black coffee. I pulled forward, paid and then was asked to move forward to wait. I happen to glance at the clock. 10:02. Then another guy came out and asked what my order was. I told him. Then he came out again and told me to move forward. I did. Later he came out and screamed from the door to move out of the way of the other cars. I moved to the parking area. I watched 5 cars go through the drive up and then there were no more customers. I then looked at the clock and it was 10:21. I figured how long can it take to put a bagel in a bag. I went in. They were irritatingly slow and said they would look for my order. I saw her fix 3 more drinks and another person was filling bags of food. I then said, just give me my money back - granted it was in a firm tone. Then she told me "we don't talk like that here" I told her I had to get back to work and it had been well over 20 minutes, can I just get my money back. She said "when you ask politely" in a tone you would use on a child. I then firmly said to just give me my money back as I wasn't waiting any longer. The guy who kept telling me to move up came over and asked me to leave.

Neither got my bagel or my money back. Just because your life sucks working at Dunkin Donuts does not mean the rest of us have to suffer...

Just left the drive thru trying to order a HOT coffee. Asked if they had a smores coffee because I see they have a smores iced coffee sign. Lady said no they didn't have it in hot so I said well what flavor coffees do you have she replied with "regular and Oreo".. so I asked for an Oreo coffee.. she the. Replied "you want a medium or large" and I said "medium". She then said "so you want a medium Oreo hot chocolate." I said "no I want a coffee" she said what kind and I replied with "just give me a Carmel mocha"... got to the window and they handed me an ice coffee. Told her I did not order it iced I wanted hot coffee she then started telling me I needed to listen and said she heard me order iced then her and the other lady continued to tell me that they know I order the iced coffee and I need to learn to listen and gave me my hot coffee and said "now go", and yelled "next order!" Got my coffee and it's not even the correct flavor.. paying the couple extra dollars for Starbucks down the street is now absolutely worth it! I in no way deserved this treatment and it is completely uncalled for. I will be sure to spread this visit with...

Sea of greets Heating and lots of patio places but they have suckers Donuts that taste like dirt in the frosting taste like pee also I've heard rumors that they put outgoing and spices in their coffee to make okay so good delicious and great-tasting breakfast sandwiches yummy wraps and lots and lots of lots of delicious sprinkles the only good thing about their donuts the donuts are frankly very chewy and taste like dirt and the frosting taste like it was made out of 500 cups of sugar which is 5 years old and it also look like and taste like rubber and even feels like rubber like the texture is rubber like weird texture is rubber but if that's supposed to be rubber so also I would not really recommend Dunkin Donuts unless you get there raps or coffee and stay within...
