Fabulous Dew Drop Inn — Restaurant in Moline

We drove to moline for a concert. Our hotel being 4 miles away we thought it would just be easier to Uber back instead of parking and messing with traffic. Much to our surprise, Moline had no Uber or taxis available. After an hour we started walking, hoping we could get an Uber along the way. This was the weekend that it started snowing late and there was very little traffic. We made it 2 miles before we got to our 1/2 way goal of Dew Drop Inn. The bartender couldn’t have been more welcoming. It was about 1:30 AM. She let us warm up, we ate some of her mothers cupcakes (which were delicious), and we listened to music. Gotta give Dave's Dew Drop 3 stars... On almost nostalgia on it's own. Is it a nice place? Nope..... Do they have a large selection of beers.. Imports & IPA's? Nope... Do they even have all the balls for the pool table? Not a chance! So, what is it then? Great location! I just happened to have grown up a few blocks away. Played pool against my Dad for the first time. First bar I went to underage & got served without an ID! And the fact that that cute little building is still standing just...

One of the best little local dive bars in the city!!! Loose games, cold beer for good prices, and some of the best staff and customers I've seen in a long time. Highly recommended! Looks like they're making improvements all the time... Can't wait to until the spring to see...
