Hardee’s — Restaurant in Moline

I stopped going to Hardee's about a year ago. My daughter and I bought sandwiches and our "Hot Ham and Cheese" sandwiches were not only cold but had ICE CRYSTALS in the middle! I had no idea they do not serve fresh sandwiches! They obviously pop them in the microwave from a frozen state! So today my daughter (who works from home) texted me she is out of drinks and asked if I could run and get something for her to get her through the afternoon. Hardee's is the closest place that has cherry coke so I went there. I was thinking about the frozen hot ham and cheese ordeal and was remembering how much I used to like them. I decided maybe I should give them another chance since it had been so long since I'd had one. Guess what! It was cold, too! Not frozen ice crystals this time... but felt cold like it had just come out of a refrigerator. I fed it to my dogs! Unbelievable! How can you market a sandwich as a HOT ham and cheese and serve them cold or frozen??? I won't be giving them any...

Hardees has been touting the philly cheesesteak burrito. The pictures of course make it look like you could split it into 4 meals because there is so much filling in the burrito! Let's just say the burrito I got looked nothing like the picture. Surprise surprise!

I went through the Drive Thru and was not impressed with the person working the drive thru. They were not pleasant. I'll leave it at that.

I took the burrito out of the bag and could tell right away I wouldn't be having 4 meals out of it. I opened the packaging and started eating. That was a mistake. It didn't taste bad. However it didn't taste right and I couldn't put my finger on it.

Needless to say I paid for it the next day in a not so good way. I won't be going back unless I really need cleaned...

I wish I did not have to put a star! This is by far the worst Hardees in the QCA! They are rude, disrespectful to the customers, get the order wrong in which you go back to redo the order and they get it wrong again!!! I was angry and went storming out and told them they lost a customer! They make fun of you if you stutter a bit. tell you they cannot understand you in the speaker, even when you speak clearly, the night crew and the day crew are both rude and do not have customer service skills. I will never go back to this Hardees again! I made a complaint to the corporate office about them! They are a poor excuse to restaurant management and customer service!!!They need to get there...
