Dunkin' — Restaurant in Monroe Township

There is this lady at 630 pm who take orders from the drive thru. I don't know why she was very rude..I was ordering duncacino and I'd like to order one of those mini bagels and i said hello not answering maybe bec its closer to her closing time and she didn't wanna take the order as if like i am annoying her by ordering more..the way she talks to the customers its was not fit to her work. When I got to the cashier to pay the 15 yr old girl saying sorry about her co worker attitude. And I said I wanna speak to her..it took long before she came and finally she said you want ur order or not..I said yes... I said you're not taking care of me I don't want your ..service. and I said to her. If you don't want your job QUIT...and turned her face away from me..I asked her name and she is yelling to the girl said don't give my name. So I called her back and took her picture. This is not the way customer service is....These days with the Pandemic and everything thank God we have jobs. But if she doesn't like her job might...

Beware of mobile orders. I placed a mobile order here for walk-in pickup. When I arrived they said they had no record of my order. So I showed them my confirmation order with my app. The cashier proceeded to “look” at my order and then insisted that the reason why the order didn’t go through was because I had insufficient funds in the app. I thought this was strange, but I listened and replenished my funds. The order went through and they gave me my order. When I got back to my car I looked back at my transaction history to find that they charged me AGAIN for the same order. The cashier was extremely deceitful so I ended up paying $10 for my $5 order. I believe they incorrectly gave my order to someone else and then made me pay again. I reported the issue to Dunkin customer service to get a refund for the order I was wrongly charged for. I won’t be using this...

Nice interior layout, but noisy. Conversations of others could be overheard interfering w/conversation between me & friend.

I visited this DD again on July 9th. While enjoying my purchase a man came in with a young girl about 8 years old. The young girl proceeded to jump up on the counter and curled her legs under her -- so now her shoes are clearly on the counter. She spoke animatedly with the clerk while deciding what she wanted to order as if they were acquainted. Before I left I spoke with one of the managers. I expressed my concerns and she indicated that she had addressed the situation with the clerk and the girl should get down from counter. I did not see the girl get off counter until purchase was ready. About 5 minutes after speaking with the manager she came around to front of counter...
