Been here 4 times now. 1st time: service was great. Waitress super friendly and attentive. Food was good. I got jalapeño poppers, then upgraded to the French onion soup(delicious) and then had the Moscow chicken melt. Sandwich was ok, not use to a melt being an open sandwich and the bread not slightly crispy. 2nd time: same Waitress as first time, so great service. Fried ravioli was good. Then had the paparazzi cheese steak. Not a bad sandwich. Like the combination of toppings in it. 3rd time: just went tonight. New waiter. The guy was generally nice, but little off beat. Asked if I wanted to know the soups of the day, but didn't really know how to describe them. Otherwise he was good. Got some of the same items as before and they were still good. This time I got the 3 mushroom amd Swiss cheese steak. Ok sandwich, think it be better if the cheese was broken up with the meat more vs just being on the bottom of the meat. 4th time: This time I took my mother out to eat. ( she's been here a few times with other family members) she went with one of her goto meals here, the Stuffed mushroom platter. She got three large stuffed mushrooms which comes originally with green beans and roasted potatoes I believe.( she alternated the potatoes for coleslaw) I got the Seafood cheese tortellini fra daiblo (comes in medium or hot) I ordered hot, but to me it wasn't really hot. Got some red crushed peppers and parmasa cheese to add to it. The dish was pretty good overall. UPDATE:2-18-24 Went back a couple weeks ago for dinner and got the Apple Gorgonzola Porkchops. Apple glaze mix was delish, porkchops were good( little crispy on edges). The potatoes was good. Green beans ok, no flavor. Kinda bland. Also got the soup of the day-seafood bisque. That was very good. Forgot to mention the mozzarella sticks for the appetizer. Best part was, food came out in a good time frame. Not to fast or slow. Didn't overlap food, so nothing had to sit and get cold. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Update: 3-14-25 Food and service is pretty much the same as in the past. Food is generally good and staff attentive for the most part. Menus look a bit updated since my last visit. So in end: So far an ok place. Heard mixed reviews from others that I've know that have been there. So far I've had good experiences. Still alot more to try to get a feel on the food there. Definitely worth a try tho.

Alright, let’s talk diners. Not just any diner, but Pandora Diner, which, if you know the area, took over the legendary Peter’s Diner. And let’s be real—Peter’s set the bar high. Like, Olympic pole-vault high. So when Pandora took over, the question wasn’t if they could match it, but how close they could get. First impression? They’re off to a solid start. The entire waitstaff looked young—like fresh-outta-high-school young—but don’t let that fool you. These kids were on top of their game. Friendly, quick, and professional, with none of that deer-in-the-headlights panic you sometimes get with an inexperienced crew. They kept the coffee flowing, the plates moving, and the whole place running smooth. Now, the food? Absolute home run. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and priced like it was 2015 instead of 2025. It’s that classic Jersey diner magic—you order something simple, and somehow it comes out tasting like your grandma spent all day in the kitchen making it. Whether it was the omelets, the sandwiches, or the towering stacks of pancakes, everything hit the mark. The only hiccup? The menu. It’s huge—like, “do I need a strategy guide for this?” huge. Sometimes less is more, and flipping through what feels like a small novel of options can be a little overwhelming. Maybe trim it down a bit, keep the all-stars, and let the food shine without the decision fatigue. Final verdict? Pandora Diner has some big shoes to fill, but they’re lacing up and heading in the right direction. Great food, great service, and a fresh new vibe—this place is worth checking out. Keep an eye on it, because if they keep up this momentum, Pandora might just become a new local favorite.

Late evening dinner stop@Tues-4/23/24, 8ish. The 1st waitress came over after approx.13 mins & seemed as if we were imposing on her. She had no greet, smile nor conversation other than, what would you like to drink? After bringing our drinks, she was off to find the answer to my question about the tunafish. About 5 mins went by & Bianca came over to take our order. I asked her if she knew if the tunafish was albacore. The other young lady, after hearing the conversation, came over to say that it was indeed albacore. We ended up with a good waitress, Bianca, whose personality, wit & professionalism made this visit tolerable. We ordered the tuna wrap, lentil soup, chicken parm & mushroom soup. Soups were salty, stale bread basket, and the chicken parm while massive, was flavorless. This place is not like it use to be. It has quickly gone downhill. The food could be better and the entire place, cleaner. We have been here numerous times & have left questioning why we came. We celebrated a bday a few months back & received poor wait times/services, literally forgotten. The manager said that it was due to a large table order in the same area. Really? They were a larger party (12) than us and received their food well before us....our table of 4! We ordered first and waited for sometime. The wait times, tasteless foods, poor attitudes of the staff, dirty menus that are never seen wiped down, order mix-ups lazy bussers standing idle at busy times...this is so wrong. I've seen service dog owners come in, pick up a menu that is never wiped down once that table has been cleared! Nasty...definitely our last visit.

Outstanding throwback to when Diners ruled. This Pandora near Williamstown is a winner. Homemade food at unbelievable prices. NJ has distinctively great diners. There so many in south Jersey but this one stands out. I had lunch with my dear friend and couldn’t believe the size of these homemade crabcakes. They were full of lump crabmeat and seasoned just right and these were broiled to perfection - crisp on the outside and creamy and rich inside. No filler! Just the meat. Why would you ever go to a chain? These came with homemade soup and two sides AND dessert. The dessert was a surprise to me. I missed that while plotzing over the $18 price tag for one of the best lunches I’ve had in a long time. I’m glad my friend picked Pandora. The Mac and cheese was homemade and cheesy AF. I wanted the stewed tomatoes but unfortunately, they ran out of those so that means they must be good. I chose the coke slaw which was chopped fine and had a light dressing and not overloaded with vinegar. It was crisp and fresh. My friend had the crab cakes, too but had green beans that were actually cooked well - they weren’t “cafeteria grey” like most places served. They had a nice snap, not soggy or overcooked.

I had the chicken noodle soup which was delicious with its rich, flavorful base and a clear golden broth. I would order it again when I go back. My friend had the vegetable soup with meatballs and a red, tomato-y broth. It was seasoned leaning Italian, but not so heavy as a Minestrone. It was so good. Pandora also serves a very appetizing bread basket to each table. There was a fantastic array of bread in the basket - corn bread, zucchini bread and some handmade yeast rolls that had a little dusting of cinnamon inside.

I had the rice pudding for dessert and it was superior. And homemade. My friend ordered the tapioca pudding but she received rice pudding. Mine was so good she kept her mistaken rice pudding and had no complaints. It was very creamy and just the right sweet, and the rice was also cooked to perfection. It tasted like my Gram’s!

There is more than ample parking and there is handicapped accessibility out front. The booths and tables are spacious and comfortable. The service was outstanding and Pandora’s near Williamstown is a real treat. I can’t wait to go back. If you want the stewed tomatoes with your Mac and cheese, you’d better get there...

After attending a funeral in Berlin we stopped in to have lunch. I had eaten here before with the old owners very nice people. I was with my 81 year old mother and my sister. After we were seated I ask the waitress for the rest room. My mother and I went together. When we got in the restroom there was a young girl cleaning. After my mom went into the stall I went into another. I heard a loud bang and thought the girl that was cleaning had dropped something until my mother had yelled for me to help. She had fallen in the stall. I went and helped get her up and clean her up because when she fell she relieved herself on the floor. On the way out of the rest room I ask to speak to the manager they pointed to a lady and said she was the owner. I told her that my mom had fallen in the rest room. She showed no compassion but rushed to the rest room. I sat Mom down to gather herself and to check her out. The owner came out of the rest room over ti our table in front of the rest of the customers and proceeded to announce. The reason she fell is because she relieved herself on the floor and fell in it. my Mother had tears rolling down her face. I said she was in ther going to the bath room before she could reach the toilet she slipped and he'll with such force that she relived herself. It would have happen the same if You or I had to go and we took the fall. Then and only then did she decide to call an ambulance and the police. The officer talked to her and what ever she told them made him believe that we had done something wrong. The officer with her behind him came and ask do you want me to make them leave? I said to the officer excuse me. What did we do to be thrown out. Well he said I guess there are two sides. After the ambulance checked my Mom we left and took her to the hospital to be checked. She has a concussion and a lot of bruising. People all I ask is for compassion towards others at least respect for the elderly. My mother cried all the way home. 😥 you as a business owner should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. I have never been treated so bad in a place of business. I would have fired people like you that...
