I placed my order at the KFC/Taco bell restaurant in Williamstown on the Black horse Pike. I ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme with refried beans substituted for beef because my boyfriend (who the order was for) is a vegetarian, has been for over 10 years. When I placed my order the cashier, Aliyah, rolled her eyes as I placed my order and had a very unprofessional attitude about my request. I patiently waited about 15 mins for my order (which was one item, there was no one other orders ahead of me). All the while there is only two people cooking food, two people running drive thru and front register, and everyone else (about 4 employees) just sitting around seemingly waiting for their shift to be over, there was an ever growing line around the building from the drive thru. When we went home with our food, my boyfriend took a bite of his Crunch Wrap that was supposed to be vegetarian friendly and was unpleasantly surprised to bite into a mouth full of ground beef. By the time he realised, it was too late, he swallowed the bite which has caused him to fall extremely ill. I immediately tried to call the location to bring the situation to the teams attention, they did not answer. I then tried to call them about 6 more times to no avail. When I realised I was never going to get someone to answer, I returned to the location with my receipt and the bitten Crunch Wrap Supreme. I pulled directly to the window where I was met by a man claiming to be the manager at this time, I explained the situation him and he had absolutely no sympathy. There was no apology, no compensation, he refused to refund me because the Crunch Wrap was previously bitten. The only thing we were offered was a remade Crunch Wrap with the replacement beans. When we received the correct Crunch Wrap it was severely under cooked, cheese sauce and beans all over the inside of the bag. I don't expect the most professional behavior from KFC/ Taco Bell employees but I have never experienced something as deplorable as this with any Taco Bell/KFC or any other food service provider for that matter. They were completely discriminatory, disrespectful, and unsympathetic to the situation at hand. This is not the only time I've received poor service from this location, however this experience was far below subpart. My boyfriend is now going to have to deal with the repercussions of their actions until further notice, being kept out of work because of this. We might even have to go to the hospital if it gets bad enough, and this team has done nothing to fix this situation but throw us an undercooked replacement. I'm highly disappointed with this situation and my attorney will be hearing about this discriminatory behavior. Read moreThe night crew is terrible here! I went again last night at 10 on my way home from a class and I was the only car there. They said KFC was closed which is fine since taco bell side was still open. I ordered, payed and then was told to pull around front to wait for my order, no one else was behind me. I waited about 2 minutes at the window than pulled around front. After a few minutes the drive-thru starts to get more customers. A worker comes out after it looks like she completed her shift and was waiting for a ride or maybe just on break and the cars in the drive-thru were at a stand still with about 7 cars now. After 10 minutes another car pulls around front from the drive-thru and parks next to me to wait. There are now about a dozen cars waiting in the drive-thru and you can see four workers inside just cleaning but no orders coming out, drive-thru isn't moving and me and another car just sitting there waiting out front for now 14 minutes. I get out to bang on the door to remind them I'm still waiting and the worker who got off or was on break came over to help. She went inside with my receipt and came out 3 minutes later with my order. The workers that were cleaning came out hollering and complaining about it and said I should've just went through the drive-thru again and asked for my order and they were carrying the other person's food out in the bag holding it up against the rolling trashcan as they pushed the trash out the door and gave it to her. The girl helping me was very kind. My order was 75% correct with cold quesadilla cheese and it wasn't cut plus a soggy hard taco shell from sitting around too long. I was so disgusted and annoyed I just threw it away. I just don't get it.
