Bojangles — Restaurant in Monroe

The food is always good, decor is nice. Unfortunately I've never experienced a single speedy service. When I come through, I drive for 3 hours to get material and 3 hours to get back home. It would be nice to be able to rely on speedy service, but many times, at their busiest hours, mainly 12 to 1pm, the hours which should be your best service, frequently I'll have to wait just to have an order taken. Then they'll need to fresh cook fries, Supremes, or whatever. They'll be trying to manage drive thru , and unfortunately service times for the front counter suffer badly. If I ever walked into and out of the door within a 15 minute time frame, it would impress me, and that's incredibly slow for fast food or "quick service" standards. The people aren't mean or anything, i don't think they mean any harm, but the front counter seems to scream for a real leader to keep it rolling. They're worried about drive thru times which is great, but those people are in the comfort of their own cars and heating and airing systems, while customers who physically walked into your place of business are treated as second rate and as if we have all day to wait around on inefficient practices, lack of leadership, and general apathy. I'd like to see this improve...

I came. I pulled up in the drive-through sat there for I know probably a good seven minutes. Nobody says anything I speak. I say hello still nothing so I pull around and go inside and I’m the only customer I go inside and there’s about seven people cuddled up at the drive-through just chitchat. That’s ridiculous and I guarantee one of those were a manager. Y’all should really do better. Y’all need to do something about that Store it’s not went downhill like everything for the price that you were paying for your food and stuff y’all should do better. Do you wanna know why your business is down? That’s why right there and the poor quality of the food you need to hire people that care and if you don’t like your job, then I don’t wanna do it right then quit not shard people work hard for their money so they want their food that’s edible and hot and fresh. It’s really crazy when you’re I’m in a hurry to get to work and you go in and everybody standing around just chitchat never even stopped to chat when we came in. Had to cover my nails they looking rough but anyway they food was literally undercooked, i can’t even say what i really wanna say they gon get this review took down, I took a bite i was like holddddd on why this taste like straight dough, girll i opened my biscuit and look. It’s straight dough. i touched it to make sure and it was like playing with play doh, And this ain’t even the first time they did some bs this morning. I’m not a big back i just had to come back cause they messed up my order i got the boberry biscuits and some hashbrowns open the box and it’s biscuits with sausage gravy.. ikyfl some of yall may be happy with that but i hate sausage and gravy that’s not what i ordered, and then i come back and u gon serve undercooked food. that’s wild. i’m def never coming back there, i knew i should’ve got mcdonald’s🤨😒.
