June 20, 2025: Kevin was Great. From there, it went down a steep slope. Before bringing in our luggage, we have learned to inspect the room. We discovered a king bed with very damp comforter, sheets, pillow cases, pillows, and after walking out of the tiny bathroom, discovering water on the vinyl plank flooring coming from under the flooring. As I headed to the tiny office, I met Kevin, bringing my wife's drivers license to her. With my expression, Kevin asked if all was OK. Kevin, you need to see all of this. He did. He was FRUSTRATED and without words except about the "They" people. They told me this was repaired. He took us to a (two bed) room. OK. ALL the rooms, the outside walkway, the cubby where the ice machine is located ALL smelled Rank of those tiny, nasty, flavored cigars and flavored vaps. Nauseous. Kevin sprayed something, but it did not work. The wetroom smelled Very musty. I am 5'10 and 190 pounds. The space for the toilet fits a three or four year old. The bathtub floor was as slick as Teflon and NO grab handles inside the shower stall. We expected their advertised breakfast, which turned out to be pastries only. We are both T1 Diabetic and my wife is life-long Celiac. Sad. The rooms all have a step up / step down at the entrance door, so Be Careful. It's definitely a trip and fall hazard. The curtains hang out past the vents of the heat and air unit. I could go on, but I am tired. No return...
Read moreOn the day of checkout, I asked the lady at the front desk when I should receive my deposit back. She stated that I would receive it later the same day or on the following Monday. After a few days of not receiving the refund for the deposit, I call the hotel to see what’s going on. The lady at the front desk then proceeds to state that I left my sheets “dirty” with VOMIT and URINE stains, therefore they aren’t giving me back my security deposit back. I was barely there as I had to go to work during the two days that I was there! Why would I vomit and urine in the sheets and still sleep in them?! Not only that, on my last day, an hour before checkout, I took the extra precautions to wipe down everything before I left, put things back to the way they were when we checked into the hotel, and took the bed covers and sheets and placed them in a pile next to the bed to help the housekeeper. I took these extra precautions specifically to make sure I would receive my security deposit back. They have lied and it feels like that have completely tricked me. They never showed photos, which I’m sure if I mentioned it, they would show fake ones to try and rest their case. I seemed refuge here to feel safe during the night of the hurricane and I feel robbed. This...
Read moreThis hotel is not worth a star let alone 5. The room’s linens are dirty, the bathrooms are not clean, the microwave and fridge are dirty or not working , they have nets and stink bugs in the rooms, the doors have openings that allows all kind of bugs to enter, their customers service is bad. I called to desk to complain about the bugs he came in seen it and went and got someone else to do what he should’ve done per his own job title, then left the bug and paper in the sink after the other person killed it. I showed them the stains which looks like dirt and he ignored me saying they were ok but I’m not paying $150 plus dollars to sleep with stained or dirty linen. They charge to much for these rooms when they’ve only panted and slapped some cheap wall panels to cover up the filth. The mattress are dirty, the tubs are dirty. Oh and the older Indian man in house keeping is the rudest housekeeper I’ve meet. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re in that area I recommend driving a few miles up to Loganville Quality Inn for a way better stay. You would think from the money they charge they’d have better cleaner towels and face cloth also. But they will try and keep the outstanding extra $50 they charge on top of the...
