This place.....where do I begin???Customer service awful....communication...awful....high prices, low quality....I had a big order with them and it was a very important event....I went,I sampled,I chose on the spot....when it came time to pick up...order wasn't ready in time took an extra 30 min. (even though pickup time was confirmed a couple of times) which is awful on the day of the event ) ...order....seemed okay. Until we were at the event and actually tasted.....totally different then established by me and baker together....maybe a quarter was used as it really wasn't good at all...a couple of days later I called and kindly expressed my dissatisfaction as well as offered pictures of the product as well as product to be taken to bakery to see/taste....the response??? I was told...negative, insolent things about me...they had...thoughts about me as a person and that needed to be expressed to me durring this call....no matter how much I tried to relay that such behavior is....crass and to please focus at the issue at hand, which is the botched order and poor customer servise with it....it didn't matter...They didnt want to accept responsability for anything, definitely didnt want to see/taste the large left over of the order ....I DEFINITELY and WHOLEHEARTLY do NOT recommend this bakery for ANYTHING more than a loaf of bread and especially if you have guests or an event as you will definitely be embarrassed and somehow someway they will call it YOUR FAULT.There are actual GOOD bakeries that can also justify their prices with high quality, however this one is a DEFINITE NO !!! Worth mentioning that it isn't my first negative encounter with them and my mistake WAS that I gave them the benefit of a doubt...if you care AT ALL about quality and at least decent customer service this is not the...

They had a cake tasting session for us to choose what we wanted.
Through the past 9 years, we have made the trip from Danbury for multiple birthday cakes, a couple graduation cakes, and many random trips to just get pastries. The pastries are...
Read moreI’m not sure why this place has such great reviews. The people in this part of town must be so fit because they haven’t had a good cake. Every sweet treat we have bought from this place has been terrible. We gave them a few chances because we figured it may be a one off bad item but they are just terrible. The other day I had a red velvet cupcake from this place, I swear they only used salt and a block of cream cheese for the icing. They also sold us a napoleon pastry that had whipped cream as a filling which isn’t what a napoleon is filled. The filling was sour and the pastry was stalemates . The cannolis and cannoli cake were just as bad. Even the baguette we bought is strangely over seasoned with salt..I do not recommend...
