We were frequent customers. Near nightly.
Pros: Good customer service Friendly staff Good menu Quality drinks Convenient in location for us
Cons: Employees can have difficulty making the drinks as indicated on the menu, specifically the dairy options
On Thursday evening we went before work to get coffees. Ordered one coffee and substituted oat milk, ordered a second coffee that the menu indicated is made with oat milk. This is our usual order that we have been getting for weeks with no issues. The coffee that was substituted oat milk was made correctly but the other coffee was made with whole milk. We are dairy free because of lactose sensitivities. After pointing out that the coffee was made with whole milk the employee remade it with no issues or complaints. The following evening I called ahead to place the same order we get usually. I substituted oat milk in one drink and then ordered the second and third drinks. The employee on the phone asked me if I had any specific dairy requests for those drinks. I informed the employee that those drinks are already supposed to be made with oat milk and that I wanted “all 3 drinks made with oat milk please”. Arriving to pick up the order I asked if they were made with oat milk and again was told yes.
After drinking the coffee that evening I can assure you that at least one of the coffees was in fact not made with oat milk and was made with whole milk most likely. We’re upset because we really enjoyed maple moose but can’t risk receiving dairy...
Read moreI didn't go in, so I can't speak to the atmosphere, buy the building looked very cool. The drive through location was inconvenient, but doable.
The server was tremendously friendly! The coffee was just the way I like it; I especially appreciated that they got the temp hot enough. So many coffee shops make their "extra hot" still cool enough to guzzle. Not these guys. My wife said it was better than the other chain shop we went to here in Billings. Their scone and bagel were also good. I would go here again, even though it is out of the way. I hope the neighborhood continues to grow around them and give them the business...
Read moreStopped by with our family on a cross country trip looking for coffee and something for the kids close to the interstate. Wonderful and delicious! Relatively inexpensive for coffee and ice cream. While close to the interstate, it was a nice neighborhood hangout too with board games, comfortable seating, clean restrooms, large screen tv, and more. The owner, Carla, was so friendly and welcoming. If you're in the neighborhood, or just passing through, I would recommend a stop for coffee, tea, ice cream, pop, candy, or just a fun...
