Best place to take kids. Even as a adult I had a blast. So much to do! They had swings that you could jump off into a foam pit. Trampolines where you could jump into a foam pit. Area netted off for Dodgeball on trampolines. A bar you could walk across. Activities that reminded me of the Ninja Warriors show. They had two basketball hoops where you could jump on the trampoline and slam dunk. They even have massage chairs that you can pay for with your debit card. If you're an adult and don't feel like jumping you can relax and watch your kids run all their energy out.
Downsides: it does get very hot even though they have fans going.
Cost! It is expensive. For my daughter and I for one hour it was $45. If you can plan ahead and order your tickets online you will save money. Also if you have never been there I suggest getting online and doing the waver so you dont have to stand in two lines.
One water bottle is $3 but they do have drinking fountains.
It was very busy when we went. (They had a birthday party going)
Over all it was a ton of fun! It wore me and my daughter out! She fell asleep on the way home!!! So if your looking to run the energy out of your kids this is the place to go. Best thing is it's all indoors so you can even go on a...
Read moreIt's definitely a fun place to go and we were exhausted at the end of it. Looks like it would be a great birthday party area too.
I probably would have enjoyed it more, but it didn't seem the safest to me. The risk of getting covid-19 seems higher to me than other places, especially since there's no mask requirement (I know it's labor intensive and wearing masks isn't suggested, but there are still water droplets to consider. And I know that Governor Gianforte lifted the mask ban at the time of this post). I did see a staff member go and disinfect some areas, so that was great! I only saw 1 hand sanitizer spot though...
The foam pieces were pretty gross and covered with dust and hair and other things. And there were some parts that didn't seem safe. One spot my son almost fell behind, by the slanted ninja walls, and it was just cement and he could have been hurt. And there's a giant hole/pit area that's empty right now and somewhat blocked off... But pretty dangerous if no one is paying attention to their kids.
All in all, the kids had fun. Not sure if we'll go...
Read more"We’ve visited numerous times and generally had great experiences, but unfortunately, our recent visit was marred by the behavior of the assistant manager, Misty. She took our payment and immediately made us feel like an inconvenience, with an attitude that seemed dismissive and unwelcoming. I tried to brush it off, giving her the benefit of the doubt, but it only got worse as she walked around the area with an annoyed expression, rudely addressing kids who were simply trying to enjoy themselves.
I completely understand that managing a busy venue can be stressful, but a positive and professional attitude is key, especially in a customer-facing role. People are paying for a service, and a smile or friendly demeanor can go a long way in making guests feel welcome. It's disheartening when the person in charge of customer experience acts as though they’re unhappy to be there.
It’s disappointing to have such a negative experience when, in the past, we've had such enjoyable visits. I hope management takes this into account so future guests have a more positive...
