⭐☆☆☆☆ Discrimination and Illegal Treatment of a Service Dog
On Saturday, November 8th, 2025, around 5:00 p.m., I was at Papa Ray’s in Montana City with a trained and legitimate service dog when staff illegally asked for paperwork and told us to leave. This is a clear violation of federal ADA law, which explicitly states that businesses cannot demand documentation or deny entry to someone with a service animal.
The experience was not just embarrassing — it was humiliating, infuriating, and discriminatory. Instead of respecting the law or showing compassion, the staff doubled down, treating us like we didn’t belong. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a public establishment that should know the basic rights of disabled individuals.
If you care about respect, equality, or basic human decency, I would strongly advise avoiding Papa Ray’s until their employees receive proper ADA training and learn how to treat service dog handlers with dignity...
