I wasn't that excited about Rosa's pizza, but since I make my own pizzas at home my husband calls me a "pizza snob" and that could have something to do with it. He really liked Rosa's, but I've never really been fond of such thin crust. I'm definitely not the kind of person to likes to fold my slices into a taco and eat it that way--which you're almost forced to do here because it's so floppy. The flavor was ok-ay, but again, not really anything to write home about in the slightest. The prices were a little expensive, but everything seems to be overpriced in this town. And I'm always a little critical of pizza costs anyway because I know how much they actually cost to make, and I have to accept the fact that they're charging for profit and not just to break even (of course).
Overall, I probably wouldn't eat there again but I know my husband would anytime. I think it's just a matter...

Great pizza. Great folks. A bad day turned into a...

I know everyone has their own opinion about crust (I know those of you who leave the crust on your plates when eating pizza) but I enjoy eating a doughy, crisped crust. Rosa’s is a Parmesan crust, not thin and not too thick, and nicely crisped. Nice service too, and you can hear the staff chatting, singing and enjoying their work which trickles into the dining room when they come to your table to serve and ask if you need anything else. They’re friendly and...
