Subway — Restaurant in Montana

I miss the old subway. Definitely must have got new owners. The place was just dirty. Windows were streaked and foggy even. Employees were all new and didn’t seem to know how to do much yet. Seemed almost family ran? One of the employees was wearing regular casual clothes (I didn’t realize she was working there until she asked for my order). Her hair was in a loose pony tail that hung over her shoulder and when she would lean over the veggies or to grab something her hair would be in the sandwich. They were out of a lot of items. Including pop. Took a long time to get your food and the veggies did not look appealing.

I’ll try again in 6 months or so to see if they are able to figure it out but for now, I don’t think I’ll be back. Bummed because this was our “go to” lunch routine after hunting every weekend during the waterfowl season. I guess the...

So disappointed. As a regular- going in today, all the good employees are gone. It was always so wonderful to have a place that knows your order & accommodated as needed. Not anymore! Two boys (employees) were standing outside smoking taking a break when I arrived. Seems I was bothering their smoke break. Food quality and quantity is horrible, bread was yucky, limited availability of quality product and the store was filthy. They must have changed owners and cleared their top notch employees out to replace with untrained, unfriendly workers. Not professional. Won’t return. So sad because this subway was a favorite for school kids and lunchtime workers swinging in for a bite. The new owner would be wise to hire their old employees back and turn this place back into a five star grab n go! Bring the old subway back...

I'd listen to everybody else on how the restaurant has gone down the drain. They don't care anymore and they've hired employees that reflect that. They skimp you on the meats and don't know how to make a properly formed sandwich. Slopping toppings on there. Can't even figure out the toast machine as I try to get my sandwich a little extra toasted everytime and every time it's one of the least toasted sandwiches I've ever had. The employees do not want to be there. Disappointed time and time and again. Shame on me for trying. This is the last time.
