Liger's Bakery — Restaurant in Montgomery

I've used them before and I had excellent service with a speciality baby shower basket cake. However, this time I used them they forgot to make my order. Upon arrival for pick they asked if I'm sure that I had placed an order. And the owner found it in a box and asked for me to come back at 3:00. (The order was rushed with no apology or discount) The white cupcakes seemed to been thawed because they were seriously DRY. I wanted a pumpkin on top of the white cupcakes and I got an orange swirl, brown stem and a green leaf. One of the workers said he was especially proud because he had did the pumpkins himself. (The owner was suppose to do them as I stated SHE had done work for me before) I also wanted a fondant plate on top of the chocolate cupcakes that said it's a boy... well let's just say that some of fondant fell off the cupcakes while at the bakery and they didn't place them back on top. And then the fondant MELTED!!! They were in my car on the drive home for about 7 minutes in the air conditioner, what happened because the icing didn't melt!? I WILL NOT BE USING THEM...

I ordered a cake on Monday to be picked up on Saturday at 10 am. So when I arrived at 10:05 she tells me it won’t be ready for another hour she said I tried to call and got your voicemail . And I replied soooooo you didn’t leave a message for what reason you could have saved me a trip especially while it’s raining I was not impressed with her or the establishment. So I left and got someone else to make it for me last minute by the way it’s a simple cake blueberry cheesecake it wasn’t a 10 tier wedding cake so they call me around 2 said my cake ready if I can’t get it when I needed it y’all eat it. So the moral of the story is pay attention to how many stars a company has because the public knows what there talking about luckily I wasn’t out any money just a little time and gas and my daughter still got the cake she wanted and that was my first and last experience with...

Referred by a relative. AWFUL SERVICE. I ordered a cake with one person for one price, by the the time we picked the cake up there was another 10 added without alarm. Along with the dispute, the admission from the worker/artist/baker that she did quote a lower price, this guy, I assume the one in charge. No title to give to this curt individual. This bum says I can't afford my cake, which by the way looked absolutely amazing, and that he would throw it in the trash. Now he's white, we're black, and he happened to be talking to two officers, my brother, and myself, a correction officer. Iniquity or their part and you blame the customer. No service from us and no referrals and until he's gone or they are closed I'm telling my story. I tried to report this to the Better Business Bureau and it wasn't even listed, scandal.
