Worst experience and food I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Arrived here at drive through at 5:30 pm on June 23, 2025. When I pulled into the drive-thru, it looked pretty busy which was odd because it typically is not. That should have been the red flag to go somewhere else. I was able to place my order at the speaker relatively quickly, but it was all downhill after that. After ordering at exactly 5:30 pm, I did not get to the window to get my food until 20 minutes later. “Yes”, I said 20 minutes to receive an order from McDonald’s. And even worse, after paying at one window, when I got to the second window to get my food, the window opens and the girl asks me what my order was and as I told her, I caught a huge swath of the smell of marijuana coming out the window. I don’t know if the girl had been smoking it on a break or what but the smell was undeniable. She also acted like she was a bit spaced out. No wonder service was so slow. Then to top it all off, when I got home with my food, it was cold. I had ordered a double cheeseburger, double hamburger and a filet-o-fish. The meat in the hamburgers were bone dry, so much so that you could hardly swallow them. The fish was not as bad but still cooked too long. Boy, times have changed. I have never seen a generation of young people that has such disregard for trying to do a good job. No, nobody wants to work them but you do, do it the best you can and hope to get the education and experience to find...

I used to stop here every morning and get my breakfast and never had issues!! but this is NOW absolutely hands down the worst McDonalds i have ever been to!! Every time i go i have a bad experience! The whole entire crew working day and nights are extremely rude. When you order your food at the drive-through it’s almost as if no one hears you when you order, and then when they do respond, you do not get a total of your order you just get a “drive to the first window” and then when you get to the first window they again ask you what you had so you basically have to re-order! I’ve had the wrong order time and time again I also got home one day and had burgers with no meat on them! The girls at the Second window never even speak or acknowledge your presence or look at you, they just hang their hand out the window with your food, that may or may not be yours!! I have never left a review on any one good or bad but here i am a VERY dissatisfied customer! Its like they all truly do not care about anyones experience there at all!!! Also my girlfriend has written a review on this place as well and we were contacted by management and was Encouraged to come back that our experience would be better and I have yet to have that...

The staff is terrible at this location. I literally stood there waiting for 15 minutes for someone to finally answer my question about what I'm supposed to put down for the tent table number bc they have none when I was trying to place my order on that screen bc no one would come take our order at the counter!. Then I waited 33 minutes for two cheeseburgers and nuggets and fries. The fries were over salty and the burger was old chicken nuggets weren't fresh either which they should have been after waiting that long. My daughter waited for 5 minutes at the counter to ask for ketchup and no one ever came so I told her just to forget it. The whole time I was in there all I heard was laughing, cutting up, talking,and cursing in the back. No wonder it took the food so long bc no work is going on. Also the lobby was not clean. Tables were dirty and sticky drink station was dirty as well. The place was just awful I really wanted to ask for my money back but I probably would have stood there an hour waiting for someone to come ask if I needed help at the counter.
