NYC Gyro — Restaurant in Montgomery

Went first time for lunch. Was excited to see shawarma on the menu. The menu itself on the chalk wall wasn't an issue. However the pricing wasn't attached.

So let's start with the food. Large serving which is very positive however for a price point of 14.99 a bit much (drinks not included)

As for the taste of the shawarma it was okay... honestly missing some flavor and was missing something to bring the full taste.

The Lamb had a good season to I but it overwhelmed majority of everything.

Texture wise the falafel had a great crunch to it as well as the fries but was not incorporated evenly thought the full wrap.

So half of the wrap was crunchy and half was soft. Half was more chicken was all falafel.

I came to Montgomery a few years ago for a five week work trip. The only place that I told myself I had to come back to if I was ever in this city again, was this place! These gyros are to die for. Fair warning, you’re gonna have to wait a while for your food. This place gets slammed at lunch and it takes a hot second. Worth it though if you were given 90...
