We ordered food after my sons' karate class across the street. The young lady that took the order repeated the order to us correctly. We waited for our food and when it arrived, the young lady that brought it to us repeated our order to us. We drove all the way home to find out that my son and my husband got exactly what they ordered, but I got 3 Little Chickies instead of the 3 Little Doggies that I ordered. It wouldn't be so bad but we live 30 minutes away from Monticello and it just wasn't feasible for us to drive back to get the correct order. You know, I could forgive one mistake but 2 weeks ago, they were in such a hurry to get our order; they didn't even let my husband order his food before they gave him a total and shut the speaker down. He had to order and pay on two tickets instead of the one we are accustomed to. I seriously doubt I will be returning to this location for food, as they either don't have time for us or they won't get it right anyway. It wouldn't be so bad, but we were becoming regulars at this location, due to my son having weekly karate classes close by. Please just check your order before you pay for it or leave. Sure, maybe I could have checked my order but how many people expect it to be wrong when it is repeated to you...
Read moreThey do not listen whenever you are ordering. They will give you the wrong items. Customer service is utter trash. I've literally been treated better at a grocery store. Not surprising for something in Monticello either tbh. The car hops deserve better pay and treatment also.
Edit: They also like to take food back after they got it wrong and its not even like you want the food we just know thats a healthy hazard and all that. So yea just nasty.
Eta: they will also request for you to move closer so they dont have to do their job. They say they dont close till 11 but tonight we showed up at 10 and they straight up lied saying we couldnt get any shakes becuz they were cleaning but their rules state they dont start cleaning until close. So they will purposely make sure they cannot serve their customers. Clearly the manager, Murphy, and franchise owner have no care at all how trashy of an establishment they run. Its truly sad how low the standards are here. Hopefully they will be shut down soon with how nasty and just distasteful...
