5/5/2021 9:45 PM Well I parked and walked to the door at 9:45 and from what I was told they closed at 10:00. As I was about to grab the door to open it a young lady was sitting on the curb smoking a cigarette on the phone. She stood up as if she was going to walk in behind me and I saw that she had Subway attire on, so even though I knew it was 15 minutes till closing I still asked, to double-check, were they still making sandwiches. Without looking me in the eye she had a scowl across her face and all she could say was I don't think so he's already washed the dishes. Her attitude alone told me she did not want me to place an order. So I walked back to my truck and I noticed another employee of subway talking to a guy so I watched from my truck and suddenly he started making him a sandwich. About the same time I saw a couple get out of their vehicle and as they approached the door the same girl that led me to believe they were closed was outside bringing in a mop bucket and she saw the couple walking towards the door and although I could not hear them I saw her say something to them first and their body English told me that she clearly said Subway is closed as the woman with the man put her hand on her hip and tilted her head and shrugged her shoulders. So the couple went back to their vehicle and drove off but I continued to watch the other employee make the man in the store his sandwich. I worked at a subway when I was in college and by comparison to what I do now it was relatively easy. I don't remember there being dishes that had to be washed that would keep them from being able to make a sandwich, only perhaps the cutting board if another sandwich was made after cleaning up so close to closing. I get that people are ready to go home from there, 4 hour, maybe 6 hour, possibly 8 hour shift, but this girl has no clue what a hard day's work is all about. My work day started at 7:00 a.m. and I finished up around 9:00 p.m. and never once had it crossed my mind to tell any of my customers I can't help them because I've already put my pen in my pocket and folded up my invoice book. I see many reviews that kind of give me an idea of what's going on at this particular store and whether the owner cares or not I really have no idea. EyI witness every day businesses struggling due to there being a small pool of potential employees to choose from because of the covid virus. In this situation if I were the owner I would let go of that young girl immediately and cover her shift until the time came where an appropriate employee could be hired. Never in my entire life have I seen such nastiness written across and employees face and turning down three possible transactions that pay the very paycheck she receives is laziness beyond any level that I've ever seen. I will not make the mistake to give this location a...

The next few hours a new manager from this store contacted me. She advised that she would credit my debit card or have the subs made. The next day I picked up both subs and was given cookies for incontinence. Real nice lady peay she can hire descent employees whom is willing to work.
I ordered online Saturday evening 4/4/2022. Was notified by employee that they could not fill my order due to not having ingredients for a club sub nor meatball sub. Was contacted Sunday morning by manger around 7:51 am??? Whom said she could not refund my $21and some change but when the truck ran Monday with her supplies she would be able to fulfill my order along with 3 cookies to compensate me for my inconvenience. I called Monday around noon the manager was not at the store and didn't know when she would be back but would have her employee on evening shift to fulfill my order. And told me that the truck had not ran yet. Called back around 6:30 pm and no answer. Called service station side of Subway and was told that they had closed no one was on Subway's side.

Read moreOn my way into the store, there was a girl sitting on the outside curb, texting talking to a guy at the pump. After making my purchase with Exxon I asked when Subway opens. This was at 9 a,m, Saturday Sept.24, 2016. The lady answered 6 a.m. but I haven't seen no one since she had been there. I do not know what time she started. I looked over and seen all the prep was there. I said okay. On my way out the door, she said she might be outside. I said never mind, ( I knew she was outside then). Well, as me and my grandson exited the store, she was out there, but now she was sitting in the back seat of a car at the pump, still talking and texting. The guy at the car, was there when we drove in, he had walked over to her. Needless, to say, You didn't need my business. I went to McDs across the street. Just saying, thought you might...
