Use To Be My All Time Favorite Place To Go To Vs Clio. I Make My Extra Drive Everytime. Well Today I Go There And I Order My Original (Large Fry And Large Water No Ice And Cookies) Used The Code On The (Any Size Fry) As I Kept Ordering The Guy Kept Saying "Is That It" "Is That It" Which Whatever, Normal For Fast Food Workers. I Grab My Food And Realized The Water Had Ice And The Fries Were Medium (These Are For My Kids So They Need To Be Done The Way I Ordered) Well I Went Back Through And She Asked Me If I Wanted To Pay For The Large Fry. I Said No That's What My Code Was For. She's Like Well He Rung You Up Wrong. I Said Right, His Mistake Not Mine. So Why Would I Have To Pay For His Mistake.? So The Manager "Stacy" Goes Well Everyone Makes Mistakes, No Ones Perfect, you aren't perfect right? Maybe Next Time You Should Pay Attention To The Screen ( Which Obviously people make Mistakes I wasn't even Mad About The Mistake. But To Try To Make Me Pay For His Mistake I'm Not Doing) So That Was Irrelevant. Anyways The Way She Handled The Situation Was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR THERE MISTAKE, THEN BASICALLY TELLING ME TO DO THERE JOB AS THEY ARE RUSHING ME THROUGH (EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS ONE OTHER CAR IN THE OTHER LANE NOT THAT IT WAS PACKED. I go to this McDonalds often because it's the closest to my house. They do a really good job here Consistently however they are human and make mistakes. Today our 3 iced teas we ordered were wrong. We order 3 different teas. 1 sweet, 1 unsweetened, and 1 unsweetened add 12 splenda because of diabetes so we have to special order. We didn't have time to switch them out due to an appointment so I called and spoke w the manager and she was EXTREMELY NICE AND HELPFUL and put our name down to b able to come back and get them for the mistake. If I wouldn't of had a mistake last week also I'd be giving this restaurant 5 stars. They do a good job and ACTUALLY TRY TO DO A GOOD JOB AND THAT'S WHAT I LOOK FOR. AT LEAST TRY, IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE YA KNOW. SO THANK YOU MONTROSE MCDONALDS FOR THE CONSISTENT...

I’m embarrassed to say my kids and I come here 1-3 times weekly for breakfast, a drink, ice cream or a lil snacky snack after school. Every single time we come I notice I’m amazed at how friendly the staff is. Just genuinely GOOD people. I never leave reviews but I always make sure to do the survey on the receipt just to let them know how they’re doing. I am the type of person who feeds off energy, and I notice Everytime I sit in the drive thru, I’m always caught off guard by everyone we encounter. I never thought I would leave a review at McDonald’s but in a world full of hate I think letting those who have such an positive impact should be recognized. Keep doing what you’re doing...
