McDonald's — Restaurant in Montrose

Spent 25 mins in the drive thru lane. (That's actually a conservative number. My receipt from a previous store said 11:35. I drove directly to Mcdonalds. It takes less than two minutes. I pulled away from the drive thru at 12:10.) The kid scanned my coupon from the app. Then said, "oh". Punched some computer buttons. Tried scanning it again and said, "It says its already been used. Let me get my manager." I'm thinking, "Yeah, you already scanned it once." She tries scanning it and acussingly says the same thing. I'm like, "It's from your app. I've never used it before." She says, "Well remove it so you don't try and use it again." She gives me the discount anyways but acts like I'm a scammer. IT'S YOUR APP. I DON'T CONTROL YOUR APP. I pull into the parking lot and load the app while I'm in line. I use whatever coupon loads. I use the app less than once a week. I've never used this coupon before. I'm not McDonald's hopping reusing the same coupon so I can get 40 fish sandwiches for the cost of 20. I can say, the employees are usually friendly. But this Mcdonalds is consistently the slowest and most inaccurate I've ever used. ALWAYS check your food before...

I hate the kiosks! They take away from face to face interaction and there is no friendliness. I went in and stood there for a couple minutes and no one even acknowledged me. So I finally went to the kiosk and ordered, but then the machine didn’t print my receipt so I had no idea my order number nor proof of my purchase. So, I went back to the counter and stood there… no one acknowledged me again for a couple minutes. Finally I hear the manager tell another employee to run an order out to a car and then to help me at the counter. I guess it was taking a bit cause finally the manager asked if she could help me. I told her I ordered at the machine but it didn’t give me a receipt, so I told her what I was suppose to get. She found the order and said it would be right up. This isn’t just this McDonalds. ALL of them are like this. It’s one of the reasons I barely go anymore cause no one knows how to be polite and...

They ruin historical McDonald's and make depression building because they think it's hip and cool but it looks like a douche convention no one is payed enough in this economy so most employees will not have the best attitude anymore go figure.dont get me started on the food it's about only good in a pinch or when hangry but filled with actual poison (preservatives fillers) so much so I'm pretty sure they have layers just to keep them in the food so they can keep pumping them into us so everyone gets heart and lung problems and cancer ,long term intestinal issues lethargy and the list is much longer then you would think of illnesses . lastly they support the genocide fervently in the Middle East no one is saying don't go but think and make your own choices save your kids before it's all they want and know ....
