Sadly disappointed by the service at this location. I ran through the drive thru on my way out of the Medina area to grab a coffee. The drive thru is poorly managed; I have never experienced such slow service at any other DD drive thru.
After waiting for an exorbitant amount of time, I got my order. The young man at the window checked my drink asking me if I ordered the decaf, which I acknowledged that I did. I proceeded to scan my app, pay, received my beverage, and off I went about my day. I don't like scalding-hot coffee, so I let my drink sit in my cupholder for 20 minutes or so. By the time I tasted my coffee, I was well outside the Medina area (I was traveling to Sandusky that morning) and was shocked by the absolutely awful tasting coffee. Thinking my taste buds were misaligned, I tasted again. Awful. So I checked the label. Not at all what I ordered (XL decaf, 5 splenda, 4 milk); instead, I was served an XL original blend, 5 brown sugar, 5 pistachio pumps, and 5 cream. Ick.
Since I was so far beyond the store and on my way further away, I decided to try the "problem with my order" link in the app. What a mistake that was. I got caught up in some corporate endless do-loop of sorrys and "we value your experience" and other corporate BS. All I wanted was either a refund, or a free replacement coffee. Nope, that couldn't be accomplished. First they offered me 250 reward points. Gee, thanks... that is 1/2 a coffee. Then they offered me $5. Okay, that works, I can get my free coffee with that. Welp, not as simple as it sounds. It turns out they sent me a $5 off coupon that requires a spend of more than $5. All I ever get at DD is the exact same thing every single time - the same XL decaf. So, in order to allow DD to make it right, I have to spend more money? Wrong.
Doubt I will return to this location any time soon; they need a little more work to get things...

Of all the Dunkins I've regularly visited, this location has the worst service I've ever experienced. The employees move around so slow. They'll start talking with each other and distracting themselves instead of getting food prepped for the customers. I always order ~5 minutes ahead and typically wait 5+ minutes after arriving, so 10+ minutes of prep time, which is crazy since there's usually no customers inside and maybe 1-2 cars in the drive thru, if any, when I get...
