McDonald's — Restaurant in Montville Township

I've had so many issues with this place that I will now be driving out of my way to other McDonald's when we are craving chicken nuggets, coffee, apple pies etc... Had several orders that were missing up to half of the items I had ordered. (Seriously- one of the orders was missing 2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, a 10 peice, a fry and a drink) Finally after the 4th time calling for missing items in a 3 week period I spoke to Jacob about the issues, the evening shift manager. Said he would replace all of the missing items, which at that point was about $25-30 worth of food. No offer of extra items or money back. I sent my husband to pick up the food he came back yet again missing food. I didnt even bother calling because I was so upset, Jacob had promised it would be double checked by a trusted worker and everything. About 2 weeks later I decided to try again. GUESS WHAT HAPPENED! Yep, ya got it right... missing a fry and the worker also tried to send me away without the drinks. I went back around and the girl told me I needed to come inside 🙄... go inside and guess who helps me? Jacob... just hands me the small fry and says "sorry"... they were lucky that I didnt have my 3 kids under 3 with me or else I probably would have flipped having to go inside. Now, let me reiterate -These problems are only happening in the evening and one other similar pattern I've noticed is that Jacob is always the Shift manager on duty when it's happening. If I stop in the morning or afternoon, I don't have any problems whatsoever, except sometimes they skimp on the sugar in my iced coffee haha. No big deal there, I'm hard to please with my coffee. But seriously, no mistakes have been made outside of 5pm-11pm and without Jacob. Its weird... (Also, I need to explain that I have been super nice and understanding with each and every conversation. Telling them it's okay and I understand being busy or short staffed. I have not been rude or nasty with anyone. But now it's time to be. I wasnt even going to write a review until google asked me if I'd like to. Yes, Google!...

DO NOT GO HERE. I went through the drive through, everyone was nice, I got to the second window she handed me my drink, and my bag, and told me I was good to go. I drove off, the person in the passenger seat opened the bag, and they had forgotten all our fries. We drive back around, pull straight up to the second window, and they hand me the fries, don't even apologize. I drive off a second time, and I take a sip of my drink, it taste funky, I open it up and smell it, and it smells like INDUSTRIAL CLEANER. I wasn't about to drive back a second time because I hand already driven back because they messed up with the fries. So I call, some woman answers, I ask if she's the manager, and she says yes. So I explain that they had already messed up the fries once, and I had to drive back. And now I took a drink, and it smells and tasted like cleaner, like someone didn't rinse it well. She tells me they don't even clean the machine. So I tell her the nozzles or whatever they do clean on the machine weren't rinsed well. She told me that there was only one nozzle on the machine. And I told her, then it wasn't rinsed well. She says she can replace the drink, I told her no. (Apparently she was competent enough to understand because when I first called I said I didn't want to drive back a second time) And then she says real snarky "What do you want me to do?! Replace the whole order?!" I told her I didn't want to drive back because I already had to drive back because thethey forgot my fries. And real patronizing she goes "Awww, I'm sorry." So I tell her I want the machine cleaned properly because it tastes like cleaner, and that I won't be coming back to...

Do not waste your time here. Took three trys just to get my food ordered. Finally someone took over and got it the first time. A large ranch snack wrap meal with two mcchickens. I get it new people need trained. Assuming the new person was taking the money as they couldn't count money either. Moving on, Get to the food window and of corse I'm met with a small drink. At this point I let it go because just want to go home. So after sitting at that window for 5 mins they make me drive around the building and wait. 10 mins go by and finally someone's coming. Oh wait it's not my order. But yet I'm the only sitting at the pull around. 3 mins later someone else comes out. They come with one snack wrap and a mcchicken that is spicy. So now I give them the receipt well be right back. 2 mins later someone new comes running with the same food and trys dropping it and running. Quickly I see it says Becky on the name like this isn't mine. Well what did you order can I see your slip. I just gave it to the last person who came out. But it's as listed above. I'll be right back. 3 more mins go by and a different person comes out and guess what still not the right amount of food but it was close. I said I'm just missing a wrap and a mcchicken. So finally after 30 mins and about 40 cars through the drive thru I finally get all my food only to be cold most likely because the fries and food were the same going back and forth. I just decided to cut my losses and said I'll never be...
