I definitely won't be returning. Ordered a drunken chicken sandwich to split with my daughter. We sat to eat and the one half of the sandwich was completely soggy to the point you could not pick it up. I asked for another half of a roll so I could swap it out. I was told they can only SELL me a whole roll. I wasn't sure I heard correctly and again asked, can you please give me another half of bread so she can eat her sandwich. I did heard correctly the first time, as I was again told they can only SELL ME a whole bread. I shook my head and asked for a fork and knife. I guess a roll isn't worth keeping what would have been a repeat customer. Sometimes you just have to laugh and file it under things that don't make sense. Also, the vodka sauce should probably be thicker if you're going to be putting it on sandwich and not serving it...

This was a horrible experience we ordered three sandwiches and advised that Tony boys doesn’t have delivery. You would have to use DoorDash so we then ordered through DoorDash and when the order came, it was cold mind you these were three hot sandwiches not only where the sandwich is cold. We were missing one so we called Tony boys. They never packed it to give DoorDash and told us we would have to go pick it up so we did when we picked up the sandwich. It was an angry Bird, which is a hot sandwich while our sandwich was cold. They didn’t warm it up. They didn’t offer to make a new warm sandwich And they didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience of us having to have to drive two towns away to pick up I recommend do not go to Tony...

Was excited to try out this place. Ordered #10 and Mr Goodbyte as they seemed to popular choices. Positives - large, generously filled sandwiches. Pretty decent flavor on each sandwich . Negatives - though lots of slices of chicken, they were dry as if they had been cooked awhile ago. Menu said “ribeye steak”, it was definitely not ribeye. Seemed more like eye round which was very lean. Slices were on the thick side, making a bit hard to chew. Did not look like sliced from large piece of meat, more like slices individually cooked. Overall, they were so-so sandwiches. Great quantity but quality...
