I honestly wish I could give this spot 1,000,000 stars!
Seven Scoops & Sips is an amazing addition to Montville. It is family-owned and operated! It's clear the Olohan family takes pride in the shop and the community. They have done amazing fundraisers for people in our community and people in need. They also give back to our amazing community by donating proceeds of their sales to great causes.
If that alone doesn't make you want to stop by for some ice cream and sips...well, let me tell you how simply delicious their ice cream is! My kids (and husband) devoured it! I will confess, I too, ate some of my kid's ice cream. (I live by the..."if it's not yours, calories don't apply" philosophy) They don't give you a measly scoop...they give you HUGE scoop of deliciousness served with a seven scoop smile! They offer tons of delicious flavors and toppings too! The staff is absolutely wonderful. They were beyond patient as my kids sampled several ice creams and even encouraged more sampling. My kids look forward to going to the shop and I even use it as a weekly reward/treat for being good!
Now on to their "sips..." Their cappuccinos are to die for. Not only are they delicious, they are an absolute work of art. Almost too pretty to drink. (I said almost...It was too good not to drink). They can put any picture you want on the foam of the cappuccino. Don't believe me, well just check out my pics ;)
Their generous ice cream scoops were extremely fairly priced. I mean $1.07 for a kiddie cone! I don't remember the last time I paid $1 for anything! A cappuccino like that would've cost me three times the amount at chain establishments. Mind you, nearly not as delicious as the one offered at Seven Scoops. They also offer açaí bowls and much more!
Last, but definitely not least, Seven Scoops loves their teachers and law enforcement community. I truly take pride in this since I come from a family of teachers and law enforcement!
Thank you Seven Scoops and the...
Read moreThere’s not enough words pronouns or adjectives to describe seven scoops located Montville New Jersey a Changebridge Road but I will try my best I remember my grammar and spelling is awful. At first like to start with the people and family that built this place. There are seven kids a mom and dad a dog nine bikes and three cars the dad is a full-time hustler he works 400 hours a week but every time I show up at seven scoops he’s behind the counter with a smile on. For me it’s not just about the product at a place sells it’s about the environment the culture and most of all the feeling when you walk into it. I walked in the Sabbath Scoops over 1000 times since they opened sometimes I go long but most of times I’m accompanied by either my son or my daughter. Every time we go our experience is better than the last which I didn’t think is possible seven scoops and steps is one of the best ice cream spots in the universe and take it from me I’ve eaten ice cream and drink espresso all over the world no cap I love the family I love the ice cream I love the location but more importantly I love the dog the most I love you whole family in the...
Read moreI feel compelled to comment on the one-star reviews regarding the accusations of racism, as I find it deeply unsettling. The criticism leveled against the staff, suggesting a lack of attention, strikes me as a misunderstanding, particularly in light of my personal experiences. My autistic son, who is an employee of Seven Scoops, often struggles with eye contact and can unintentionally say things that might be misinterpreted.
The staff at Seven Scoops has been nothing short of remarkable in their interactions with my son. They have significantly boosted his self-esteem, patiently engaged with his frequent text messages, and consistently welcomed his presence and contributions. This level of support and acceptance is a testament to their character and dedication.
I urge the authors of the negative reviews to reconsider their words and instead become aware of your surroundings before placing judgement on our children with...
