Carpenetti's Pizza — Restaurant in Moody

So I just left this wonderful place which is normally very helpful and understanding but today wasn't. Our location does order from their restaurant very often. When we order we do order at lunch time and the orders are called in. So I and another lady ordered the lunch Pepperoni Pizza rolls. When it was called in there was a mixed comunication. When I and another lady showed up to pick up the orders we found out that wasn't what we originally ordered. So both asked if it could be fixed and we got a blatant no, and said that this is what was ordered. He then walked away without a nother word. I said ok to the cashier and told her then I don't want it. That's not what I ordered. The owner didn't try to fix another order or at least let me have what they made at the price for the item I wanted. I wouldn't have been gotten the chips and drink that came with the lunch special. It would have been an easy fix. Come to find out the items price difference was just $1.50. But I honestly did want the chips and drink so I wanted the order remade. They are a nice bunch of folks and I like their food but they didn't deliver today. Maybe it was miscommunication but when I asked for a remake of my order why didn't they remake it? No they didn't have to give me the dinner special for the lunch special price but could they have...

This was our first experience at Carpenetti’s Pizzeria and it was very enjoyable. We had the Garlic (bread) Knots for a shared appetizer. Sitting in a pool of butter with cheese and garlic crumbs, they were sinfully delicious. My wife had a personal size pizza with their regular sauce, pepperoni, onions, and green olives. (She loves green olives on her pizzas but can’t find them at most pizza joints.). I was afraid that a personal size pizza wouldn’t be enough for my hearty appetite so ordered a medium size pizza with their white sauce, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. Both were very very good with an excellent crusts. A word of warning, however. The medium size pizza was huge. I ate only 3 of the 8 slices and I was stuffed. In retrospect a personal size pizza which measures 10 inches across would’ve been plenty enough for me. My wife didn’t finish her pizza either, so we brought a lot of pizza home. Tried Carpenetti’s after reading the phenomenal reviews. Let me tell you, those reviews are true. We tried the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Garlic Knots, and Calzone. Nothing was bad, it was phenomenal. The dough is hand made, fresh and this was seen with my own eyes. The pizza had a great texture and was more towards the thinner side which I loved with the buffalo chicken. It was one of the best buffalo chicken pizzas I’ve had. The calzone was loaded and also featured a similar thinner fresh made dough shell. I would say the pizza was better than the calzone, but the calzone was still good. The Garlic Knots are to die for. The dough is soft and loaded with garlic/butter flavor (don’t eat too many of them... haha).

In the end everything was great and I did not have one bad thing. Employees were very friendly and serving as well. Definitely try...
