I’ve been a loyal customer of Jack’s for many years, often looking forward to their breakfast and lunch offerings. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. During my last visit, an item was left out of my order. While mistakes happen, the way it was handled was disheartening.
When I called to let them know, I was greeted with a curt and unprofessional “Hello!?” that made me feel undervalued as a customer. It’s disappointing to see this decline in customer service, especially as a longtime patron. I couldn't help but wonder if this behavior stems from inadequate training, a lack of support for employees, or both.
I also reached out to corporate, leaving a voicemail to share my experience, as this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered missing items in my order. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to hear back, which only adds to my frustration.

Read moreMy wife and I stoped by this Jack’s for a quick meal after a morning of going to garage sales. We were a bit surprised that we got our food quickly. We like the food that they serve, but the service at most Jack’s is usually kind of slow. However, this time, at near noon on a Saturday, food was ready as soon as we got back from visiting the restrooms (which were nice and clean by the way). My wife had a double cheeseburger combo with fries and a Diet Coke while I had the fried chicken sandwich with fries. We shared the Diet Coke because you can get all of the refills you want. I have wanted to try the chicken sandwich where the chicken looks enormous on the TV advertisements. It was plenty big, but not quite as big as on TV and very good and not dry. My wife said that the hamburger was good and I had a bit of it because she couldn’t eat it all. My wife said she liked the fries, but I would preferred that their big were a bit more crispy on the outside. Read moreThe Jacks in Moody at one time was one of my favorite Jacks locations. We eat at Jacks very frequently, as my mother is home bound and likes their food. Over the last several months I have seen a huge decline in service and quality. I am never given a receipt any more when I go through drive through. I asked for one and was told that they could not give me a receipt. The last several times my order has been wrong. The chicken fingers have been very disappointing when I got them home. Tiny dried up. Went inside to order to go recently because line was not moving outside, workers were there, however they were talking among themselves and not waiting on customers. I was not the only person that left without ordering. Tonight not only was my order wrong, I was also charged the wrong price and was not given a receipt. I do not know if management has changed over the last several months, but something definitely has changed. I hope the problems here...
