Waffle House — Restaurant in Moody

So last night I went to the Waffle House to order some food about 9 something to go since they don’t never answer the phone so that you can order ahead! I ordered an all star special which was like $14 and some its always a different price for some odd reason when I go. So when the lady rung my order up I was paying with card not cash for one and the first thing she gone say is you know we accept tips .. like lady don’t you think I know this already? In my head I’m like why do I need to tip when I’m not even about to sit down to eat? I’m just ordering my food to go! So I decided to be nice and tryed to tip because she was practically begging for me to tip her and when I tryed to tip with card that made my total jump up to $30 some dollars I said oh no can you cancel she said I can’t its froze on my side , I said well let me just press the red X on the card reader machine and then it canceled it for me. So then she rung up my food again which was only $14 something & I did tap to pay and after she seen that I didn’t tip she gone say oh well I see that there’s no tip now! I said well .. after I didn’t tip she mugged me the whole time I was waiting to get my food and saying stuff under her breathe and her whole attitude had changed all because I didn’t tip her. To the older lady that rung my food up last night with the new years hat on I don’t have to tip you if I don’t want to all you did is take my order , you didn’t serve me I didn’t sit down at no table and eat so stop begging for tips. The cook was ranting and so loud about coworkers, why she got made a cook instead of server ,because she is the best ever ,none of us customers could enjoy the time there.On my order was a side biscuit the waitress said half the biscuit because it was bacon egg cheese ,to be put on it , she said loudly enough for me at the window, if they don't like it they can kiss my a$$.I have never heard a cook talk ,and distrurb ppl trying too at that should of videod her, the poor waitress I tipped her greatly, that cook was in something and smart but,to boot .no one was relaxed enough to enjoy meal, she kept asking only waitress they had to repeat orders as she was getting the waffles off ,cooks usually do that, should of left the food there, and just left my goodness she is trashy and don't need to be around ppl at all, 0 stars 11/6/22,2nd shift cook Thursday. absolutely the WORST experience i have EVER had!
